Also, everytime someone works in a Helicopter of House company, the number of raw materials become 0. As a result, company owners have to repeatedly buy raw materials and have lost many employees due to them not being able to work.
In addition, there are millions of missing raw materials around the eWorld in every company. There are also conversion errors, with companies having their stockpiled items wiped out completely, not to mention the utter mess and chaos that is the raw materials market.
There is too much mess and chaos in the economic module for the admins to fix. Admins, please just roll back all records to before v2 rising started, put back v1 in place, and start fixing all the bugs, and get your formulas right!

Lets compare the skills of a Harvester and a Carpenter.
As a Carpenter, I can produce 927 production points.
That makes 1.5% of a maximum wellness roof.
Meaning there has to be 67 works from employees to produce one ROOF (ROOF, not house).
Lets say I were to migrate my skills into harvester.
I would produce 927 production points as well.
But here, I would produce 927 pieces of stone/iron/diamond/grain.
One house needs 200 stone.
With one work and the same skill, I have produced enough stone for ALMOST 5 HOUSES, versus 0.015 pieces of a roof!
Same skill, one produces 1.5% of a roof, the other produces 500% of a house.
Can you see whats wrong with your production formulas now?

Putting it into perspective:
One Q5 house takes 100,000 points to produce, while only consuming 200 points of raw materials
One Q5 hospital takes 1,000,000 points to produce, while only consuming 200 points of raw materials.
See the problem?
Who's going to want to buy raw materials?
Who's going to want/afford to to buy houses?
Who's going to want to/afford to buy hospitals?
..............
Theres something wrong, admin, please don't kill the economy!
Solution: Increase raw material needed per product by tenfold
Decrease production points for houses and hospitals by tenfold
Allow 0.01 as the minimum wage

You should specify it's 200 stones for a Q5 house. This mean the demand for stones will be 5 times lower than V1. Didn't do all my math yet, but in terms of productivity, for houses, food and MT any employee produces several times less (I have a Q3 food company, and the same employee that made 18 food units per day now makes 2 in 8h). Which ofcourse will drive the prices for those products sky high, possibly there won't even be enough products on the market for us to buy.

I think there is an old Insder article on this, or atleast covering it. It said that GMs will have to be more organised and spread the workload out evenly and so on and hire workers accordingly.

With such a number of raws produced daily it can be still not enough for q1/q2 food for everybody 😃
That is why i made my stone/wood company in a Medium RM where i am, so that my stockpiles would not be that large, and my RM company is only supplying my House company, So i dont have to worry about selling RM's anymore. From now on RM's have to work in conjunction with a Product Company
Using the term "wrong" for the new production formulas would be a compliment.
Why is the beta testing done if not to figure out such grave flows?
Conclusion: Harvesting will not be a mony maker becouse of overstocking while you will earn loeads of money becouse of lack of produckts on market. But investment i one house will bi catastrophic. Also prices on market.

Why don't they simply change the formulas? It's really amazing that you need 50 units of iron for a tank, but you need only 40 units of stone for hospital. I'm talking about Q1 both here...

That's soo not right, ever heard of "low skill" workers?
This economic module is seriously broken, you need 120 grain for q4 food and 200 stone for q5 house, house lasts 50-100 days while food lasts a day
Also productivity formulas of food companies (possibly others too) are messed up, my company made 120-150 Q4 food per day in V1 and now it makes 20, yes twenty...with same skill workers

Land was a skill amoung 3.
Harvester is a skill among 18.
Why do you expect it to have the same importance?
High regions were way too important for something most countries got for nothing and others had to figth/pay for big time. I call that justice.
I do agree that some other skills need to be fixed.

just think about it:
a q5 house needs 500 productivity points for 1 customisation point. it has 200 CP`s
so you will need 100000 productivity points to finish one house. A skill 10 architekt produces around 60 productivity points per worked hour.
100000/60 =1667
so you will need 1667 hours of work to finish one house.
divided by 20 workers and 8 hours work a day thats 10.4 days for one house.
and even if the skill 10 architect would work for minimum wage (1 rsd) that would be 1667 rsd just for the work to finish one house. but you won`t find a skill 10 worker working for minumum wage easily. imagine you would have to pay him 3 rsd... that would be 5000 rsd (100 gold at the moment) for one single q5 house, without even paying for raws or any profit. if they don`t change the formulas in this point, the HOUSE INDUSTRY IS DEAD!

It amazes me that one (medium skill) oil worker can produce 10 level-1 tickets worth of oil. Oil has dropped to 0.04 in Indonesia allready...
I'm still wondering how many level 8-10 workers I need to produce a single ticket???

this would mean 1667/8=208 work days. the house lasts for how much? 65 days?
this is not about money. this is about an economy which cannot produce enough for it's own living.
it's like RL, where you need 1 quantity food per day for living, but if you work, you make only 0.5 quantity. you might have reserves from before, but slowly you are starving to death.
so, here the only solution is buying gold for rl money, and use that for better wellness/happiness/production, and use the game economy only for weapons/hospitals/defense systems.
At least you can work. Nothing works for me. I can't go anywhere except the main page!
The helmet is a doctor's preion one.
that means the Harvester wages will go down the drain. 🙁(((
