Poland about to sign a MPP with Serbia

The last few weeks have been filled with revelations regarding the new alliances and how they will pan out. Poland has surprised few with their proposal for an MPP between them and former Phoenix nation Serbia. At the moment, it looks very likely that it will pass with the majority of the Serbian congress already voting yes while Poland has almost reached the required tally of yes’s. This move has added more clarity to the future of the erepublik world and how the alliances will pan out. Poland has asked its citizens not to fight in the battle for Bavaria as they wish to transfer the initiative over to Germany so they can wipe out Germany’s Serbian MPP and continue with their region swapping. The next question is whether Serbia and Spain will sign an MPP especially considering Spain’s current war with Brazil, one of Serbia’s biggest allies in years gone by.




Turkey wiped off the Map

For a second time in the last few months, Turkey has been wiped off the map by Greece. This conquest has been fueled with much controversy when many major Turkish players were banned as well as rumoured use of battle scripts which saw the Turkish boycott some battles. However, they threw everything at the Greeks in this last battle; however they were unable to prevent their country from being wiped off the map. Turkey are now limited to only return one region a day which will make regaining their country far harder that it was previously when they returned their land in a matter of 2 or 3 days. The last time the Turkish were wiped off the Map, they had one of the largest (and most controversial) baby booms in the history of erepublik,; and many Turks will hope for a second boom.




USA almost kicked out of Asia

The United States is slowly being forced out of Asia after over a year of occupation which started during World War 4. They lost Resistance Wars in all of their Iranian held regions (Esfahan, Hormozgan and Fars) following early successful advances. However the biggest loss will be the loss of Tibet, a region which they had held for many months and had been a gateway to major inroads into India which lead to wars against Serbia and Indonesia. They currently only have one region, Chongqing, which has had a Resistance War started only a few hours ago. The Americans would hate to lose their last remaining Asian reason, only a week after there was talk of the entering Europe. However Chongquing is surrounded by Chinese regions and thus will not serve much purpose in the near future. These failures have seem criticism come the way of the American CP only a few days before he attempts reelection.




Philippines fights back

The Philippines fought back against Colombia after Colombia originally declared them as their Natural Enemy. The Filipinos were able to secure the region of Visayas in a close battle and then when they grabbed the initiative, they conquered the Colombian region of Pacifica. The Philippines are next to attack and are likely to try and push their advantage and take another of Colombia’s regions. This war is fast turning into a major mistake by the Colombian government.
