Join the new world

This is going to be very Tl😉r, so don’t say I didn’t warn you!

The last few months have seen the world’s major nations develop slowly into functioning alliances. The two new alliances to grace our world are “New World Order” (their big four being Spain, Poland, Hungary and Serbia) and PANAM (United States and Brazil as well as others). The days of massive Phoenix/Peace and Eden clashing looks to have come to an end but the next few weeks could see new battles and conquests which could reignite the game, following what could be called one of its staler periods. Here are a few invasions we could see from NWO against PANAM.



USA against, well everyone

There is a feeling in Emerica that they are about to enter a turbulent time over the next few months. Many people have predicted that the USA could be under attack by up to 4 countries. From the East, they have their former long time allies Spain who have always had a border with the Americans. The World War 3 fortress Florida could be under threat right from the start of the war. In the belly of the United States is another former ally renting her regions. With their current rented regions, the Polish are a major threat to the Americans with their ability to attack America’s internal regions. With their move to attack Mexico, they could open up another battlefield in the Southern Part of Mexico where the Americans hold key Mexican regions. By holding the Mexican regions, they also limit the effect opening up resistance war have to their cause as they can lose their American regions and still attack.

Two more classical enemies could be a threat to the United States. Serbia has land swapped and battered their way through to the United Kingdom in order to rent a selection of regions. Once they have gained regions in the United Kingdom, they could easily take control of a region bordering the United States (although it is not part of the current rental agreement) and launch a 3rd front to this possible war. They could join in Spain in attacking the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, an attack that would hold special significance to the Serbians following the rumoured desire of the Americans to attack Serbia at home. These long time enemies could finally go to war. Another possibly aggressor would be the United States long term enemy, the leading nation in the American invasion, Indonesia. Indonesia recently gained a border with the United States following a change in the world’s borders (Papua now borders Hawaii). Many Indonesians are chomping at the bit to relive the North American invasion and attack their long time nemesis, the nation who popped Indonesia’s cherry. However their big questions is whether Indonesia will not try and join PANAM considering their closest allies of BIA (Brazil and Argentina) are members of PANAM. What could stop them is the USA’s membership as well as the friendliness towards Romania which PANAM has shown; Romania being the other nation to attack Indonesia in a major war besides the USA. Indonesia may also be tempted to side with one of their closest allies in Serbia.

The United States is clearly in for a lot of fun in the coming months as the battlefields move away from Europe and into the Americas.



Brazil faces invasions from the old enemies.

Brazil is in a slightly safer in a Geographical sense. Currently, the only hostile nation to border them is Peru. That will change with Brazil’s retaking of North of Brazil. The Peruvians may not be strong but their geographical position means that they have the opportunity to open up a niggling front for Brazil which could see Brazil lose a region as shown by their loss of NoB. Peru won’t do much damage, but her MPP set which includes the entire big four has the ability to be devastating. But with NoB retaken, the Brazilians reopen their border with their long term enemy Spain. The Spanish are likely to jump at the chance to jump at the opportunity and to attack Brazil, especially with Brazil’s recent baby boom. A successful campaign could destroy their baby boom, an unsuccessful could inspire it.

Poland is another potential threat to Brazil. Their recent move to attack Mexico signaled their intent to move through Central America with Brazil likely to be their target. The Polish will need to go through Mexico and Colombia which won’t be difficult (although the Americans and Brazilians are likely to tank in order to slow down Poland) but their problems appear due the USA’s Mexico regions which block their path. If they can make it through to South America, they could open a potentially devastating 3rd front to this war. Brazil also have threats from their long time enemies South Africa as well as Serbian controlled New Zealand which is looking to land swap with Indonesia into Western Australia. Both these countries are far less likely to go on the offense but if the tactics dictate it and an opportunity arises, aggression may be the choice.



France also targeted

One of PANAM’s newest nations, France, could be under threat from both old enemies and old friends. Spain and France will forever be enemies and a conflict between these two nations is always an option. The French may also have to contend with the Polish who are currently renting a French region in turn for peace. The Polish could invade France, like with the Americans, from inside. The French have a third threat from their former allies, Serbia. The French first tried to intercept the Serbians on their way towards the United Kingdom by attacking Belgian but this offense was unsuccessful. The Serbians may look to open their second front against the French if they feel they have the strength. The old enemy, UK, a former in game ally may become a threat although the recent Brazilian MPP and Serbian NE declaration (for the land swap) shows a possibility of neutrality and holding onto their old allies.


Of course, Argentina could also soon be under threat if NWO decides to push for a New Zealand invasion although they would need to regain their lost Chilean regions which may make this war unadvisable. Peru may offer an option to attack Argentina if NWO decides it is the best option. Canada can only really be under threat if Serbia or Sweden gains a UK region bordering them so they aren’t likely to be of a high priority.



These are just three different mass invasions that we could see in the near future. These could revitalize erepublik, possibly bring back the days many long for. What will be interesting will be Hungary’s role in this with their current position, locked in Eastern Europe while Serbia and Poland land swapped through to Western Europe. Sweden may also look to swap into a position to support the invasion. Interesting times ahead for most of the eWorld.
