The American Situation

Day 1,243, 00:09 Published in Austria Austria by Alex Lorre

Well for starters, the official US military recently "quit" and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, headed by Bradlee Realla (a.k.a. Bradree), declared it an independent militia over squabbles with congress on funding and has apparently taken the large gold deposits in its orgs hostage as leverage in negotiations with the US government over whether the military will rejoin the government or instead PTO it. So that's one of the more interesting things in world news right there(more info to be found in the articles listed here). That in turn seems to have messed with the efficiency of their fighting forces as before they were striking into Spain alongside Brazil and now Spain is wandering around the states like they just inherited them from a recently deceased relative.

Which brings me to the current and important news: Spain is wandering around the states like they just inherited them from a recently deceased relative! Oh and so is Mexico. And Poland is chillin' in Delaware but will probably get bored soon and at least move up to New York via Pennsylvania, cause no one wants to go through New Jersey. The Canadians only invaded it as a public service to finally erase it from existence, but then failed due to being Canadian and all. Anyhow, all jokes aside, the US is currently attempting to rally unity in the face of this new crisis and are giving out free food to all civilians to fight the combined Polatino threat. So how did this all start?

Well with most of Europe subdued ONE was ready to turn its attention to the pesky meddlers from over the sea. So it did. On April 7th Spain made its first foray into the US via the annexation of Maryland, to the delight of the Catholic natives. However at this point the US still controlled Alentejo, Portugal, which was the only province on the Iberian peninsula not in Spanish hands (although Portugal did still retain the Azores). All was relatively calm afterward until April 10th when the real shit hit the fan. At the end of the day the US had lost Delaware to Poland, Oklahoma and Missouri to Mexico, and Virginia, Kentucky, and Alentejo to Spain. Things were not looking so good. Things once again remained roughly the same until April 13th when Mexico captured New Mexico but lost Missouri, Canada lost Alaska and West Virginia, and Spain lost Kentucky. Things were starting to look a bit better. On April 14th Canada recaptured Alaska, Spain recaptured Kentucky, and Mexico recaptured Missouri. Things were once again looking bad. Yesterday, April 15th, Mexico lost New Mexico but Canada recaptured West Virginia. Things were looking pretty familiar.

At the start of this mess the US engaged in a lot of region swapping with Canada. Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Alaska, New Jersey, and West Virginia were all in Canadian hands for a while. The goal was having Canada capture Florida so as to remove it from being the US capital, which would have allowed Spain to cut off US supply lines by taking only Alabama and Georgia. Canada also held New Jersey and Pennsylvania to keep the Polish troops in Delaware pinned between two “allies” and unable to take the offensive. Also I believe Minnesota and Alaska were being held for resources

At the time this report was being written the US is RWing Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania, while Canada is attacking Iowa and Mexico is attacking Kansas.

And while it is usually unsafe to speculate on battles before they are over (as Australians will never forget) the US is currently leading in all of these battles and so it is highly possible they will at least win some of these and the tides will be turned yet again, although I assume they don't actually want to win the Pennsylvanian RW for the already elaborated reason of the Canadians having it on purpose.

Edit: Shortly after publication I noticed that Poland had attack Canadian New Jersey. This brings a whole new dynamic to the war, the results of which will be shared in a future article. However since this was so soon after publication I felt I should go ahead and update.

It currently seems like there is a very “tug-o-war” dynamic going on in the war for America. How will this pan out? Subscribe to my paper so you can stay tuned for my next report to find out! 🙂

P.S. I apologize if there were any inaccuracies in this report as I'm trying to go back in time to find out some of these details. If anyone can point out any errors I'll try to fix them as quickly as possible. Also I will publish a follow up article tomorrow with more general eUSA details. Thanks 🙂
