My Dearest Japanese Friends,

I was perusing my map this morning, while answering my fan mail and getting prepared to go to morning payer, when I happened to glance over and noticed that Japan still Gloriously Stands beneath our Russian Empire. Certain Mexicans had come into your media last month, full of threats and bluster claiming all sorts of unlikely things about gloves or mittens or some such hand garment. To be honest I couldn’t really understand what he was saying through the accent, but his tone sounded most unpleasant.

I’d just like to say that today marks the one month anniversary of when Dishmdcs claimed that Japan would be destroyed within a month. As I said in my article at the time, Japan is too strong a country, and it’s allies are to closely bound to it for it to ever fall.

Dish, still managing to fail while not even playing anymore.
