Forum is not working, and it is not going to work, simply because there we could express almost freely our opinion, especially these that irritate the e-republik team. They have became dictators, and player's opinion is irrelevant. However it is, on a risk of forfeit points I will try to push my suggestions here.

The gold have reached the top. 90% of the countries have 0.002 to 0.003 value of currencies and exchanging on the Monetary Market means lots of money for the luckiest, and serious problems and looses for the others.

So mu proposal is convertible gold 1:10.
it is simple:
Multiple citizens gold by 10 (for each citizen/organization)
Change gold costs, also 10 times:
- Health Pack will cost 5 gold.
- Army boots 1.9 gold - Napoleon will cost 17.9 gold
- Extra gold will cost: 20 gold for 1 Euro up to 999 gold for 300 Euro, and companies creation will be also multiplied by 10.

Whit this constellation we will be able to put prizes on the monetary market such as 0.025, instead 0.003 (with big win) and 0.002 (with big loose).
