Join the new world

Dear eFilipinos, having noted my intent to run for President a couple of weeks ago, I now release my official platform. This is the second time I have run for President of our great country, however I was defeated in an enthralling election. But after a few months at University, I now have enough free time to run for President and want to give it another shot. So here I go!



My Platform

Firstly, I would like to thank Berritas for a good and successful month as our President and I hope I can follow in his footsteps as a competent President as he has proved to be. Here is a overview of my policies and platform.

Military

In the short term, I am committed to seeing that the reforms proposed by AFP leader, Niall H (a.k.a. Mr aNiallator), are passed through and resolved with quick speed. I am also committed to the co-operation and unity between ePhilippines Military Units and its governing organisation, P.U.M.A. I hope to ensure that in crucial battles for our country, all military units shall co-operate strikes as best they can and share their resources if they are in need. Only through co-operation can we succeed.

Foreign Affairs

I am committed to the agreement we have recently made with China regarding the occupation of Luzon and shall respect the deal that was carved by our current administration. However, saying this, I would like to talk to both sides to try to see if a settlement cannot be made and try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

For other parts of Foreign Policy, I would like to carve new relations with eStates that have not previously existed. I would like to forge new alliances and maybe find new countries of which we have MPP with. I would like to revive the ambassador programme, or at least put the wheels in motion so that the programme can be revived later.

Security

I am committed to the security of our eCountry. Only through co-operation can we successfully defeat those who may threaten our state and wish to perform hostile takeovers. In last months' Party President elections, I worked with President Berritas and Elite Assassins leader Masterbaker to ensure that there was not a hostile takeover in any of the parties of our country. I intent to create a Security Department, which will run on election days (both congressional and party presidential) to ensure that no hostile candidate who wishes to perform a PTO on our eCountry shall be elected to a position of power. It is hoped that the Party Presidents of each party shall issue a "safe list" before the congress elections to the Head of Security to make sure that no "suspicious candidates" achieve success and ruin the security of our country. I shall work with my Vice President to set up this Department.

Entertainment

Our country has not been amused for such a long time, and I hope to bring a smile to the faces of our eCountrymen by reviving the famous Ministry of Merriment. As well as writing humourous articles, the organisation shall run competitions, such as quizzes, which will have prizes for the victors. My chosen Minister for this position has also informed me there may be some humourous jibes at "less awesome nations". Hopefully this will boost activity in the media and amongst our citizens.



My Cabinet

No President can work alone, and so I have assembled a line up of the finest people I could find to help make sure my Presidency runs as smoothly as possible. Abandoning the system taken under the two previous administrations, I once again wish to expand the cabinet to include a wide variety of people and positions.

Vice President - Marie von Gablitz
My beautiful eWife and former president, Marie, shall be my Vice President. She is current leader of the Philippines INCI Party and I know she shall do everything in her power to aid me and the rest of the cabinet as we progress to achieve our goals.

Minister of Foreign Affairs - Jelly9473
U jelly? Well you should be! My MoFA has a glistening resume that stretches from stints as President of our country, to various Ministry positions and the same again in the eUnited States. One of the most competent politicians around and an excellent person on top, Jelly has a wide knowledge range of international politics which should help the cabinet quite nicely.

Ministry of Defence - Daniel Samarin
Daniel Samarin, a.k.a. DisDick, a.k.a. DisDuck, is my selection for MoD this month. A great citizen and a strong and knowledgeable player in the game who shall no doubt bring many advantages to the government. He is my opposing candidate this month, although I am yet to discover whether his candidacy is serious or another "lulz" campaign.

Minister of Finance - Hekter
Despite being an eUS citizen, Hekter is in my cabinet due to his prestige as one of the greatest citizens ever to grace our eCountry. He shall help the country build a budget which should be a blessing on our economic planning in the future.

Ministry of Merriment (Propaganda) - Niall
Niall approached me with the intent of being our Minister of Propaganda following the passing of his AFP reforms. Sighting the opportunity, with my desire to revive MoM, I thought the two could become one and a series of humourous propaganda articles could then be posted. Niall once more is an excellent citizen and servant of our eCountry and will no doubt use his hilarity to help us progress and spread smiles to the people.

NICA - TMG
The final position in my cabinet goes to TMG Kryptic X, who shall head our immigration agency. He has held the position before and done a wondrous job and can carry out the job with exceptional ability to ensure that we do not gain any hostile citizens entering our country.
