Rozprawa sądowa w sprawie traktatu z Niemcami rozpoczęta

Rozpoczęła się procedura sądowa, w której sędzią jest Admin. On zdecyduje, jaki jest los traktatu. Na podstawie decyzji Kongresu umieściłem poniższy wniosek i uzasadnienie.

6. Niemcy wspierały powstanie w S-H. Oficjalne oświadczenia niemieckiego rządu oraz Prezydenta Niemiec są jasne, że Niemcy nie traktują S-H jako szwedzkiego ani nie uznają żadnego prawa Szwecji do tego regionu.
7. Jeśli specjalny traktat między Szwecją i Niemcami nie został podpisany, jak deklarował niemiecki Prezydent, to Polska i Polski Prezydent został oszukany przez Prezydenta Niemiec.
8. W opinii Polskiego Prezyenta traktat między Polską i Niemcami został złamany przez Niemcy. Niemcy złamały punkt 4 traktatu.
9. Dla Polski ten punkt oraz status prawny S-H jest pierszorzędnym warunkiem decyzji, że traktat pomiędzy Polska a Niemcami został podpisany. Podkreślamy, że deklaracja, iż Szwecja ma prawo do S-H została podpisana przez niemieckiego Prezydenta. Dlatego właśnie jesteśmy pewni, że traktat został złamany.
10. Żądamy od Bundesbank 2158 DEM, które zostały przekazane miesiąc temu.
11. Prosimy Admina o sprawdzenie, czy Niemcy nie powinny utracić wszystkich swoich regionów.

REASON:
1. Point 4 of this contract states that Schleswig-Holstein “will ever be German, but under Swedish government as a special treaty orders”. It was signed by German President.
2. Poland was not a party in relations and a treaties between German and Sweden. We did not know details of the “special treaty” between Sweden and German.
3. President of Germany that signed the treaty between Poland and Germany know everything about this special treaty between Sweden and German. Polish President acted in good faith when he signed the treaty because President of Germany declared that recognizes Schleswig-Holstein as “under Swedish government”.
4. For Poland and Polish President declaration that Germany treats Schleswig-Holstein as “under Swedish government” is primary condition of the decision that the treaty between Poland and Germany was signed.
5. We strongly argue that Polish President acted in good faith and if President of Germany signed the treaty than President of Poland should be sure that a special treaty between Sweden and Germany is valid and states that Schleswig-Holstein “will ever be German, but under Swedish government as a special treaty orders”
6. Germany supported the Resistance War in Schleswig-Holstein. Official statements of German government and German President are clear that the Germany (German government and German President) do not recognize NOW Schleswig-Holstein as “under Swedish government” and do not recognize any right of Sweden to this region.
7. If the special treaty between Sweden and Germany was not signed as declared German President then Poland and Polish President was cheated by German President.

11. We ask Admin to check if Germany should as well lose all its regions.
