Hello there, this is an idea that was brought up in ligtreb's brainstorming article, in which it was said that Stephen Colbert was contacted to no avail, to mention us on a broadcast. Well, we need to try harder! (As I along with other in comments believe).
Here's what you can personally do to spread eRepublik, and gain attention to the eUS! It's impossible to reach him via email, so I highly suggest you give his manager a call!

Idea for what to say (you'll probably get a machine).
"I'm from an online social strategy game, eRepublik. In it you can run for congress, president, party president, and enjoy a great time. Currently our president uses Stephen Colbert as an avatar and I thought it'd be amusing for Stephen Colbert to know that his face is that of a President. He should bring it up on his show, a sly mention. He'd be helping the eUS rise to the top with publicity! He does love the US, we all know that!"
Of course, that goes out the window if you get a machine. Anyway, call the guy! CALL HIM!

Never hurt to try.
It could very well hurt to try. They'll become annoyed for receiving unwanted phone calls. If there's a way to get Colbert on board, I don't think that's it.
Yes, because there are so many other ways to contact him. I'm sorry, but this is all 30 minutes turned up without having to pay up for any celebrity crap.
