Hello, America.

I come before you today in a time of great change in our eLives. For too long, we have suffered through the decline of the New World. Slowly, painfully, we’ve watched old friends leave to find healthier, fuller, less Emerick filled lives, while those that are still here (and the four that joined after V2) waited, hoped, and prayed to Dio that better days would come.

America, better days are coming, and we will not miss this moment. New diplomacy rules have reshaped the fundamental balance of power in the New World. New alliance rules enable us to act abroad militarily like never before. Economies around the world should pick up once again, and even if we do not reach V1 levels of production and revenue, we’ll move much closer to the financial stability, security, and prosperity of days passed. A new war module (yet to be finalized completely, but structurally final) has given us a chance to finally, once again, mass distribute weaponry, mobilize our nation, and give new players a good reason to stick around in this fine world that we have created. We live in a world that is maintained by those of us left today, but it is a world that must one day be handed down to the citizens joining us tomorrow.

Our time has come. Our time is now. We have had power before, but never like this. The dawn of the Super Powers, which will truly hold the ability to either wipe out or protect smaller nations at the push of button, is upon us. Small countries will need us more than ever, and we intend to help when the cause is just and the time is right. But let there be no mistake- we have suffered for too long in this wasteland, nary a new citizen in sight, and the time for stagnation is over. We will aim for the heavens or die trying. And no matter what happens, we’re going to have a damn good time doing it.

You all have plenty of fresh Servians to kill in FER, and I don't want to take too much more of your time. Rage all over them. I’d just like to say that I have served nine terms in Congress, four times as deputy Speaker of the House, five times as Party President, multiple times in various Executive positions, and I am currently the Speaker of the House. If elected, I will step down from that position and serve you in my fullest capacity, in one job- your Commander in Chief.
