I am pleased to announce my soulmate (aka Vice President) as none other than Rod Damon, the Director of the CIA!

A little about Mr. Rod Damon:
He’s the countries life-line to everything secret, clandestine, and black ops. He runs the Federal Election Committee, and helps with Immigration Enforcement, the Military, ICE and a few other programs. Why did I select him? He has been around for quite some time, is well regarded by his peers, and is an extremely hard working, devoted and a valuable asset to this nation. He will help facilitate better communication between Congress and the Executive Branch regarding elections and ATO efforts both here and overseas, as well as bridge the divide between the Intelligence community and the Executive Branch. He will be vital to my administration, and it's my pleasure to welcome him to my team.

Also, Rod Damon was right.

Now, moving on to the rest of my platform.

Economy:

Because of admin’s reversal away from much of V2, our economy is getting back on track. On the citizen side of things, I can accredit much of the improvement to my opponent, Colin Lantrip. He is an economic genius, which is why I would welcome him onto my team if I were to beat his pants off tomorrow ;-p
On top of that, the best way to push our economy forward is to drive the demands of our products up. What's the best way to do that? War. (More on war below). I constantly get questions from citizens regarding lowering the income tax and pushing up the VAT tax. Quite simply, I will not do this. Pushing up the VAT tax takes its toll on our Military, who are the major consumers of weapons and food. It’s much more fair and justified to keep income taxes as is. Also, if you aren't in the military, I suggest you go sign up. The military often helps younger players out with receiving food and fighting equipment (GUN, TANKS, THING THAT BLOW STUFF UP!). Joining the military is very beneficial to new players in terms of staying in the game and moving up in experience points.

Military/Foreign Policy:

War! That's what I've been promising you and that's what you will get. With MPPs becoming always activated, war will be quicker and more plentiful than ever. It will, however, take very precise planning and coordination with the JCS and our military leaders. That is why I will be appointing Tiacha as Secretary of Defense. Her military background is quite possibly the most extensive I've ever seen. She is a leader of the Marines and used to be a prominent political figure back in the day. I would like to welcome Tiacha back to politics and utilize her talent to push our country further towards being the powerhouse we deserve to be. We will fight alongside our allies and we will crush those whom we've called enemies for far too long. Also, I want to kill India and I know you do too!!! I have already talked to Max McFarland 2 (Most likely President of Pakistan this month) and we are in agreement that India needs to go.

War, it's why many of us play this game and that’s why it's my basis of this campaign.


Interior:

We can't push forward in the world if we aren't stable at home. Currently, our Department of the Interior is running extremely smoothly and I don't plan to change much of what President Krems has made happen there. Many of the current players will maintain their positions and some will move up in the ranks as they have proven themselves to excel.

Education has also progressed nicely and I wouldn't want to deter their program either. Rainy Sunday has proven to be an excellent director for helping out the new players in relation to how the game works and informing and guiding players through the inner workings of our country.

One thing I am going to pressure the Department of the Interior to do this term is solidify player retention. I can't think of any past Presidents who have really worked as closely as I would like to with the DoI, but I plan to work with them to form some new projects and plans to get 2-clickers more active in the economy, military and the over-all social aspect of this game. Player Retention and Baby Booming is a huge must this term and I feel that the team can not only handle it, but perhaps push out those babies faster than Jon and Kate. I have complete faith in them


Other Areas:

Technology: I have chosen Chris Shnitzel to lead us in technological development. He will make and maintain all our of databases of information. He is a very smart fellow and I have given him full reign to include whomever he see fit to progress and move our technological boundaries further. This is a vital role because as the country gets bigger, information becomes harder to retrieve.

Media: As most of you know, I'm a crazy bitch about media. I feel it is the driving force of our nation in terms of getting people information and involved. I urge every Emerickan to buy themselves a paper and start publishing. However, in the world of the Exec. Branch, it's a little different. I have to be honest, I haven't solidified my Press Department fully. I am searching for the best writers that are out there. If you are interested, send me a PM.

I plan to really utilize media this term. You will see the usual White House Press Releases and DoD orders, but you will also see many articles from myself. Keeping in touch with the people is a high priority of mine and always has been. As the original White House Press Secretary, I don't take the media lightly. It is our job to keep the people informed, and we’ll be sure to do that.
