In the interest of helping newer (lower strength) eCanadians build themselves up the Canadian government (My cabinet and I) took it upon themselves to start a funding program for players personal development, in hopes they continue to grow and play the game.

Would it be possible to have the program continue under the Plato Foundation umbrella?

Based on the program run The funds would be given to eCanadians trying to become stronger eRepublik Members, we could expect 20-30 members to participate and about 130K CAD + Apx 1400 Weapons.
