Yeah, our new president is crazy. Crazy enough to think the vast crowds of uninformed masses in eAmerica are better at setting foreign policy than the experts who have worked on it for many months. Yep, only a crazy man would use Direct Democracy to establish foreign policy.

(Come to think of it, the vast hordes of derps can't do worse than last month ...)
