History of Israeli-Turkish Relations [TUR]

Day 901, 21:02 Published in Turkey Israel by Jewyoyo

This article is a synopsis of the relations between eTurkey and eIsrael, as far back as it goes. Hopefully by taking a look at our past history we can make the right choice regarding the proposed peace with Turkey.

April 2008 - Turkey-Israel War

The (first) Turkey-Israel War was the first documented interaction between the nations of Turkey and Israel. Unfortunetly, it was a military conflict. The war was one of Turkish aggression against Israel, which was then even smaller compared to Turkey than today. Despite international aid, including a contingent sent from eIran, Turkey succeeded in fully annexing Israel. This crushed any hopes of Jewish independence and set the tone for future relations between the two neighbors.

April 2008 – February 2009: Turkish Occupation of Israel

From this point onward Israel was just a province of eTurkey, as was eGreece. The Jewish/Israeli community in occupied Israel participated in Turkish politics through their very own party: The Jewish Unity. The conquered Jews and Israelis were successful politically in Turkey: at one point the party had 17 congressmen in eTurkey's senate and there was even a Jewish president. Understandably, as the community grew, our people wanted to live in Israel and not Turkey – we wanted independence.

February 2009 – June 2009: Israeli Independence War and Operation Turkish Delight

The period of February 2009 to June 2009 saw the restoration of an independent eIsrael, something that had not existed for nearly a year. The independence was achieved through two military efforts. First, the Israeli Independence War, which saw Nazareth District as the first region of independent eIsrael, which led it to be the capital of our country for many, many months, until the Turks would take it again. Also returned in the war of independence were Be'er Sheva and Haifa Districts. The war was fought by the Israeli Defense Forces with assistance from the super alliance ATLANTIS against the Turkish military forces.

Operation Turkish Delight was a covert military operation performed by the United States military in June of 2009, the purpose of which was to liberate Greek and Israeli regions and to weaken Turkey. It's effects on Israel were that the remaining two Israeli regions still under Turkish control were returned to Israel. These military conflicts in Israel would result in eIsrael becoming strong allies with USA and ATLANTIS/EDEN countries and distrustful of eTurkey.

November 2009 – January 2010: The JmatH Fiasco & 2nd Turkish Occupation

November 2009 saw the election of JmatH, someone who's sole motivation for running for president was to destroy Israel from the inside out. He very nearly succeed, nevertheless his actions put Israel in a sort of dark age for months. How did he accomplish this? By attacking Mediterranean Coast of Turkey. This caused over 10 MPP's to be activated against Israel: Russia, Hungary, and Brazil just being a few among them. JmatH probably spent hundreds of gold just by clicking the attack button, he activated half of PEACE GC in MPP's against Israel, and in addition he stole the treasury and national companies. JmatH had acted against the will of the people who had elected him for the purpose of seeing Israel destroyed, something he freely admitted to. He was impeached but the damage had been done: eTurkey, through her many MPP's, could overpower Israel in any military confrontation.. JmatH did what he did to do as much damage to Israel as possible, this much was clear even without the impeachment. Despite the fact that he acted completely against the wish of Israel's entire population, eTurkey's government did not want to close the war. They had gained an advantage against their southern neighbor, and they intended to keep it. Throughout November eTurkey repeatedly attacked and held Israel's Haifa District, under the pretenses of a 'training war'. This outraged the Israeli public. In early December an attack was launched once again on eTurkey's Mediterranean Coast Region in an attempt to help secure eIsrael's borders. Through December and into early January eTurkey took all Israeli regions except one, Be'er Sheva, which is eIsrael's current capital for that reason. Two Israeli hospitals were destroyed during these battles. This period was one of the lowest in relations between eTurkey and eIsrael: the former's attitude and actions towards the latter are shown perfectly through an article publish in Israel by Turkey's president at the time: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/my-dear-beloved-israelite-citizens-1088595/1/all.

January 2010 – 14 April: Israeli Reconstruction

Israel, under president Joshua Hoss and with Greek assistance, regained the majority of her national territory. A hospital was provided free of charge for the new capital of Be'er Sheva by American citizen Max Mcfarland 2. Israel flourished in this time and the population reached numbers it had never gone before. The only issue during this period was that Israel's Haifa District was still under Turkish control. Many in Israel did not care; many more were bothered immensely by it. All could agree though that there was little that could be done about it. Israel could not defeat Turkey and her MPP's.

14 April 2010 – Present: Three Day War and Peace Talks

After a period of relative peace between Israel and Turkey, something happened that few were expecting: Turkey attacked two of Israel's regions from Haifa, Tel-Aviv District and Nazareth District. The reason for Turkey's attacking Israel was the Jewish State sending peace proposals to the Turkish Congress. As odd a reason as that might sound for starting a war, it was the one given in BattalGazi's article published in Israel at the time. I won't go through the full history of the Three Day War, because it can all be found here. To sum it up shortly, eTurkey's attacks on Israel's regions were defeated. In just three days Israel had defended all her regions and regained Haifa District from Turkey. Equally important, eTurkey had allowed Israeli MPP's to be activated. A week later Turkey attacked Haifa District again as part of a global Phoenix strategic offensive against EDEN countries. Israel took back Haifa. The next day Israel and Greece launched a dual attack on Mediterranean Coast of Turkey, which was Turkey's most economically significant region. Greece ended up taking that and many other Turkish regions.

'Official Statement of Turkiye on peace with Israel'

"You have 48 hours to decide for future of Israel. You have 2 simple chances.1st one is that we all would have the peace and you will be safe. Also,we would have better relations.I hope, all will go better.

The 2nd chance is that you would reject our peace hand…It would be the worst mistake in Israeli history after your Mutual Protection Pact with Greece on October. Our doors will remain to be openned for peace but i want you to know this that we won’t be afraid of taking further actions to provide our self-safety. "

First our MoD and President tell us that we are seeking peace with Turkey on terms of goodwill. Next we are told that the actual truth was that our president was directly threatened with PTO if Israel was to not agree to peace. Finally we get eTurkey's official statement, saying that we have '2 simple chances': agree to peace or face invasion by Turkey.

We cannot even consider making peace with Turkey under these terms. Take a look at our history. Even when they are seemingly seek peace, they threaten us. They even ask for reparations for our attacks on their regions, after they occupied our entire country for months.

Do we want peace with them?
