3 months back Mavo, in his Presidential Manifesto said that he couldnt have chosen a better or worse time to run for the Presidential post of eIndia. Looking at today's situation of EDEN/TERRA and specifically eIndia, I feel this best/worst time combos are coming in just too often....

All of us know that eIndia is in a bad shape as are most of our allies. ePakistan has siezed the opportunity of ONE supremacy in the eWorld and a miscalculation on the part of eIndia's previous govt (June) to wipe eIndia from the map. And it is this time when I am being given the honor to run for the position of the country president of eIndia. Having said that, let me highlight what I intend to do if am given the chance to serve. My key objectives in the order or priority are

Baby Boom :
The ah so mythical treasure chest at the end of the rainbow. We have been gunning for it for quite some time, but no luck so far. However this time around, Ash and Shail have some good stuff going on in Mumbai and I am trying to replicate the same in Delhi region. As long as we are stuck with only a couple hundred players, we are bound to get wiped by any of bigger nations or even the smaller ones who chose to exist as forward outposts of those bigger forces. So the ony way to succeed long term in eRep is to have a large population and specially now that the economic contribution of a new player is no different than an old player


Getting back on the map:
At the time this gets published, we would probably be without a region and would be looking at key countries of ONE on the verge of establishing their forward outposts in eIndia. The usual suspects are Serbia, Hungary, Indonesia with rest of the regions being handed down to Pakistan for being the mercenary of the campaign. In all probability, we wont have a congress next term. Which is not too bad really. Apart from not being able to set taxes and use Treasury funds, its pretty much a single vote thing with CP deciding the directions of War, Alliances etc. Hmm... looks like eIndia has discovered the way to implement true dictatorship model in eRep ... So while getting a few regions back will be a key objective, the schedule of the same can only be determined after the strategy of ONE in India becomes more clear


Alliances:
This game is not built for Non Alignment. The foremost example is the current ePakistani camgaign into eIndia which was won not by the Pakistani Armed forces, but by the Pakistani ministry of Foreign Affairs. I for one do not begrudge Pakistan handing over the control of its Army to Serbia for the
campaign because that is what gets them to win. Its a perfectly viable strategy to have strong allies and to use them in battles. We sadly lack that. So without beating around the bush, I will target to get more aligned with our traditiona allies in EDEN and TERRA i.e. Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Romania etc. I will also explore the option of joining EDEN if viable.


Economy:
Pretty much dependent on success of Baby boom. Also in the current scenario, its mostly the admins controlling the economy and not the policies of individual nations because of continuous changes in the Game mechanics. My administration will not interfere with the money market and as and when we come back on the map, will target to convert eIndian economy into a more export driven one


Armed Forces::
We will operate in a National Miltia mode. 2 key militia i.e. AHF and Marcos are already formed, led by Shail.Back and AnujJain respectively. Both these militia will work with the MoD for the defence of the nation. Their 1st priority at this time will be to Align with EDEN and TERRA in the ongoing World War. We are already in talks with multiple militia around the eWorld for organizing joint strikes against the Occupiers in the territories captured by ONE

Politics:
I personally believe that this is not the time for party politics. While I have filed my nomination from AHF, I have also asked Yuvva leadership for their support. As a bipartisan gesture, if selected, I will not participate in any Party matters for AHF or Yuvva while in office. The idea is, while congress has to be political, I will try and ensure that the office of the President is not


Rest, we will adapt as per the changing environment


So without any further rambling, here is the proposed cabinet for my administration if I am voted in. Some of the posts are not yet confirmed since I have not been able to talk to the people I want in those positions.


Foreign Affairs : Maverick, Asmita, christo123456(not confirmed)

Defence: King Hannibal

Media: Ashwamedh, Shaz (not confirmed), India101(not confirmed)

Finance: Graf Sprat, NavinCharles (not confirmed)

Militia coordination: Stefan86(not confirmed)


Some of the other ministries are not yet finalilzed and will be announced if I am voted in the elections
