Fellow East of England,

Once again I'd like to ask for your vote in November eUK Congress - Parliamentary - elections. If elected, I will continue with my dedication to the eUK and especially to East of England. In this manifesto, I will concentrate on the main subjects which affect all our elives and ways how I intend to improve them over the next term:

Military - the disbanding of Royal Guard has left a few people without being part of a military structure. The Guns for Civies program, which gives usually 2 Q1 weapons to any civilist applying for them through IRC, is only used in time of war. The program is good for quick distribution of weapons to the general population, but doesn't work (and is not intended to be) a solid training platform for new members of military or citizens with commitments that prevents them to move to fight foreign wars. For these reason I would welcome a new scheme that would keep static citizens involved with the military and will pursue this in the Parliament.

Foreign Policy - I'm supporting working closely with our allies. PEACE seems to reach the end of it's usability - but fear not I do believe we have strong ties to all major members of PEACE, many formally covered by MPPs. A new alliance with our old friends can still be set up in near future and I think this will allow eUK to prosper.

Monetary policy - our beloved Pounds of Sterling has been under attack recently probably by a private citizen from Sweden, although any official involvement hasn't been proven, it cannot be ruled out. I'm in favour of creating a rather large stockpile of pounds, at some additional cost, since if not sold on the open market the money put in the issue won't be recovered. The major benefit I see is complete readiness of Bank of England in case of another push on the Pound. Behind all of this, as my monetary policy, is stable currency, allowing good business environment in eUK, benefiting employers and employees alike.

Taxes - the shift from VAT to income taxation has been done 3 weeks ago. I fully supported this, although can see additional possible reserves of lowering some taxes in the state of peace, where the money for weapons is not immediately needed.

East of England - while the upgrade of our 3 star hospital doesn't seem to be anything that the government is interested on, I'm supporting local schemes of improving wellness of citizens - this can be achieved by gifts or food distribution. There is a strong opposition on government sponsored welfare, mainly due to huge financial commitments this brings. I'm still in favour on a case-by-case basis, citizens that suffer low wellness due to no faults of their own, or because they were fighting for their country, shouldn't be punished - I'll be looking on ways to create legislative framework to make sure everyone is able to benefit from the fruits of their hard work, preferring actual wellness improvements on the Local Council level, with governmental support.

I believe UKRP is a strong party with a proven record. I'm committing to represent East of England interests in Parliament and I have backing of a party that delivers.

I kindly ask for your vote in the Congress Elections.
