Friends need you and you need friends, Turkey!

Day 1,443, 11:19 Published in Turkey Slovenia by Ice Killa

When we think of the times, where Serbian and Turkish friendship prospered, we can name the golden era of Turkish existance in eRepublik. The sad part is that both sides managed to forget about it all mainly due to the Kosovo referendum where Turks voted more or less for an independent region, as to where Serbians decided they want the "heart of Serbia" to be added to their other regions. You must be aware that this quarrel was caused by the admins, if some of us asked ourselves some time ago, why they decided to post the results of who voted for who, now we have an answer for it - to cause more tensions generated from real life. Do not let foolishness break old friendships, never will a country be on top of its game, if you don't have friends around you. You can be strong for a short period, but nothing will last forever and even your regional supremacy above everyone else that borders you won't help you when countries coordinately attack you. Beware of it all, your best weapon is diplomacy, most of us have learned that by now and individual Serbs are just provocating you since they lack a real challenge, the Serbian leadership publicly announced that they still treat you as a friend, brother and an ally and those words have a certain meaning and power.

As for my part, if you judge a country from actions of an individuals, then you can't be regarded as any better as those whose task it is to get you into a conflict. Don't be fools, act wise and have a cool head. Turkish and Serbian friendship can't and wont die due to unwise decisions from both sides, at the end remember, that a possible war between the Balkan superpower Serbia and you will only benefit EDEN, Terra and at the end admins. Think about the longterm consequences that your decisions may bring, Turkey! I am not blaming you for the current situation but you can be wise and prevent the worst possible outcome, if that isn't possible, you failed and so did Serbia.

It is only up to you to decide what the future holds for you, and if it's decline or prosperity - it can be regarded as your work.

Best regards,
