Forever Loyal to Crown and Country

Day 1,492, 17:24 Published in United Kingdom USA by Peregrine

The Resistance has Begun

You need no review of the events of this week nor any history lessons, and so I shall provide none. Yet, unless my ears and eyes deceive me there are many calls rising up from many corners bringing criticism on the government, its choices, and the war which has occupied much of our land this week.

We cannot afford this division. Anger is understandable, but from what I hear it is being directed in all the wrong directions. Save your anger, for this war is far from over. Indeed, it shall never end so long as there are still those loyal to Crown and Country - and I for one will always remain so.

Wherever this resistance is to be fought, it must and will be fought.

Angry as some may be, there cannot... MUST not be peace now. Now that the armies of the vile French slither through the streets of London... how can this war end in peace? PEACE? There cannot be peace until London is regained... until our King surveys his domain and it encompasses all of our British Isles, and all that once was slovenly France.

We shall not give them a moments respite. We shall resist and be tempered as steel from the fires of these many insults to our dignity.

Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that if the British Empire and Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, This was their finest hour.
