In this article we will be covering the plans for Defense and Internal Affairs, the two pillars of the nation for it's strength and growth.

Defense



1. Indian Army Programme: In the Indian Army Programme, Indian fighters from each division will be rewarded based on their total damage done every week.

Top D4 Damage per week: 16 golds
Top D3 damage per week: 13 golds
Top D2 Damage per week: 10 golds
Top D1 Damage per week: 6 golds

* The prizes for Indian Army will be sponsored through donation from various players.
* The competition will be open only to the players with Indian CS.

2. Foreign Reserve MU: Few well known Division 4 Foreign MUs have approached India with an offer to support them with weapon and food dispatch. In return these MUs will set their prio and fight for India, and wars of allies set as priority by the Indian Government.
Depending on our financial situation, viability of dispatch, MU's total damage, terms and conditions of agreement, MU's history and trust factor, etc. the proposals of various MUs will be put forth before the nation to decide.
In simple words these MUs will act as an Indian MU without actually being based in the country.

* The fighters of these MUs won't be eligible for Indian Army Programme.

3. Military Co-ordination Committee: As described in a previous article a committee of the commanders of all Indian MUs and Reserve MUs will be a part of a Co-ordination Committee which will be managed by the Ministry of Defense. This committee will ensure that the National Orders and priorities are followed. The committee will also ensure a proper co-ordination among the MUs for various wars and divisions. The committee will also plan various future course of action in the field of national security and international affairs.
The idea is unity and strength by bringing all the MUs under a single umbrella to act as single unit and cause co-ordinated damage at the time of Indian and Allies Wars.

Internal Affairs



1. Rajya Sabha: The council of all Party Presidents and representatives as described in a previous article will be formed under the ministry of Internal Affairs. The council will discuss and plan various issues about the future of the nation. They would also work in a co-ordinated manner for the unity of the nation. The council in a close association with Ministry of Internal Affairs will have an important role to play in preventing various PTO threats to the nation through ATO initiatives.

2. Citizen's Council: A moderated channel will be started on irc for discussion, meeting and debate on various national issues. This channel will be open to eIndian citizens only(with certain exceptions). This channel will act as a medium for a greater transparency in the functioning & role of the Government. It would also give citizens, a greater role in running the nation and deciding the nation's present and future.
