Congressman migrates to Italy

Even a day hasn't passed and a Celebrity Congressman Flavio Giulio Bellico has left his party Free India as well as India for Italy. He was also party president of Free India. He had secured highest number of votes in December 2008 elections. The reason for migration is still not known. When 'Voice of India' tried to contact he was not available for comments. This has left the party with a lone Congressman. The new party president is Franky1992.
This has given a major setback for democratic process of eRepublik. Citizen of India is raising question for migration. It has been observed from past experience that mass migration occurs before and after election. India has become target of Political Tourist, who to get elected to the congress come and be part of election proceedings. But as soon as elections are over they leave for there parent country, within a day. This has darken the future of India. Hence, Congress should pass Tough Anti Migration laws and heavy taxes on Moving Tickets.

Oh, don't worry, I'll explain:
They're italian. As italians, they went to fight for Italy again. ¿Someone really thought they really considered themselves as eIndianas? LOL.

Anyway, raising the taxes for Moving tickets won't work, they can receive it by donations from players abroad.
