Admin, Please Fixed This One

I've been lived 5 month at Erepublik. I see a lot of things has been done in this eWorld. But till this time, something still doesn't get right. And you know Mr. Admin, this flaw is annoying enough for me and for many people. I know you must be worked very very hard and i don't want to push you. In this article, i just want to remind you so you can start to remember something still don't right.

Banned People

I agree with Imdo and his article but not fully. You must not ban people when you, yourself think that he/she did a wrong things. I have some suggest...

Small Guilty, is a weak guilty like :
- Make some junk article
- Oppress another citizen.
- Do racism, extremism, pornography, vulgarity or spam
Give some penalty to them, the penalty could be:
- Can't vote or being voted for a moth
- Can't go to war for 3 till 10 days
- Can't write an article for 3 till 10 days
- Reduce the inventory
- Temporary Ban between 3 till 10 days.

Medium Guilty, is a guilty like :
- Do the the small guilty twice.
- Do racism, extremism, pornography, vulgarity or spam to Admin (How Dare 😁)
The penalty could be:
- Can't vote or being voted for 1 till 3 month
- Can't go to war for 11 till 30 days
- Can't write an article for 11 till 30 days
- Take the citizen's house
- Temporary Ban between 11 till 30 days.

Heavy Guilty, is a bad guilty like :
- Do the medium guilty twice
- Clone or multies
- Hacking the site
The penalty could be:
- Can't vote or being voted above 3 month
- Can't go to war for 1 till 3 month
- Band his/her Organization or Company
- Take the stuff from inventory
- Permanently Ban
For this category, especially if this is about some old or important citizen (like JaviBoss) you must make some court. Because, like Imdo said, this is like you kill the people, without say a words. He can not say his reason, or is it true that he/she is doing the things. I think, the citizen must "Habeas Corpus" here. Bout the mecanism of court, i don't think bout it yet.

A Banned Citizen

If a citizen was banned, it is wise if that account was deleted. Why? Because it's annoying ennough. Look at the rankings, and look at the number one citizen of Erepublik. How can the number one is the one who did not exist anymore!
If the court was punished the citizen, and he/she was proven doing a heavy guilty. So it's undebateable again, right?

Congressman Election

The display of congressman election was not good enough. If we want to vote, first, we must choose the party, then the candidate of that party appear. Why not all of the candidate was appeared at the first time, so the voter can see all the candidate and can choose the one who good enough for him/her. This one makes a nation is separated to some block. That block was Party!
The candidate can only run from the top 5 party. This methode make small party get smaller over and over again. How can all the citizen knows the small party if there is no one represent the party at the congress?

Experience Point and Level

If a citizen want to be a number one citizen, what must he/she do? Go to war! Am i right? Come on Mr. Admin, this is not a game based on war (a military game), this is a social game. Then what must this be? I think, you can increase the Experience Point from political activities, like the congressman get 20 EP, the president get 200 EP. From media activities, like a subscribed get 3 EP and the top 5 media of the country get an addition 20 EP. It is fair enough i think, so this won't be a War Module Game.
