eWorld Country President Elections

Remember to vote today in your Country President Elections.
http://www.erepublik.com/en/elections/current/1

As is the case with Congress elections, sometimes there are elections for Country President in which an alien eNation will attempt to continue or initiate a Political Take-Over (PTO).

While a complete list of CP – PTO results will be published tomorrow some key eNations where a new PTO may take hold, or where an Anti-Take-Over (ATO) may see success in breaking a PTO are:

eAustralia : Where ATO nominee Hinokai of the Australian Communist Party may defeat the eIndonesia led PTOers and their Poision and Perish Party.

eBosnia and Herzegovina : Where Admir M of the Liberalna Stranka eBiH [Party] may hold off an eSerbian PTO attempt.

eSouth Africa : Where impeached (by eHungarian led PTOers) Country President Grimestone of the Freedom Alliance hopes to regain the office from the eHungarian PTOes and their Progressive Party of South Africa.

[If you know of any other new PTOs or ATOs that may see success, please comment below or PM me]

eSpain

As reported yesterday, the number of battles eSpain has faced over the last 36 hours has taken a major toll on the eNation. A quick look at the international news feed will show you just how many places eSpain or resistance forces for eSpain are fighting. So far the eNation has retaken three of the ten regions it lost due to impeached Country President Ramso's actions: Catalonia, Aragon, and Oaxaca. By the end of today the eNation hopes to add La Rioja, Castilla La Mancha and Valley of Mexico to this list.

While it is clear that eSpain's leadership, including it new Country President, Ignaki, are currently focusing their efforts on rebuilding and reorganiszing themselves, it is still uncertain if and when they will launch an attack against the eNations who worked with Ramso to extract the devastating toll on them.

While there has been no direct attack, there is certainly a media war being waged by eSpanish citizens in the eUK. A quick look at the top and most recent news articles and you will be hard pressed to find an article that is not an attack on the eUK. The situation has become so severe that the Government of the eUK has issues a statement asking that people subscribe to official government newspapers as their articles are no longer reaching the top five as they would normally do and there is serious concern that citizens are missing important notices.

eIndia

As reported yesterday eSerbia has land-swapped across eIndia to the southern region of Tamil Nadu. From this region they are expected to land-swap into regions currently held by eIndonesia where they will most likely move South and take over eAustralias remaining high-titanium region of Northern Territory.

While the current eIndian Country President has claimed that the land-swap was never agreed to and that his account had been hacked, eSerbia is ignoring his statement and proceeding with their plans to return all eIndian regions involved in the swap by the end of day today with the exception of Tamil-Nadu, which they are mostly going to hold onto until they are able to move to Peninsular Malaysia (currently controlled by eIndonesia).

To view the Phoenix alliance statement on the move : http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/phoenix-and-eindia-common-goals-1506544/1/20

It is still unclear as to what the Admin will do with this situation as the CP of India has submitted a ticket for the alleged hack.
