An Appeal To The Toiling, Oppressed and Exhausted peoples of eCzech Republic
Ok so working in erepublik is not exhausting labour but the principle is still the same you have a job and you turn up every day and exchange your labour for cash this seems fair right? It sounds ok but when you look at it from the company owners point of view they are making huge profits from your labour.Say you have level 4 skill in manufacturing the top job on the market for your skill is 8 czk pretty good really lets see q2 food is usually 2.1 say you need a gun as well thats 6.25 and a moving ticket thats 18.35 so thats 10.35 more than the top wage for your skill. Of course you wouldn't get a gun and a ticket everyday from us but we are growing and need more workers with that level of skill for us to supply all with those products and to supply non commune workers with cheaper goods. I came here from the eUK and eIreland communes where I had built up a nice little stock pile of cash because they provided everything I needed. The capitalist bosses don't have to actually do anything except set up their company, employ people and make sure there are enough raw materials. Then it's just a matter of sitting back and watching the profits roll in.

But NOT in the commune system.

The commune system does not make profits in the sense that any money made is invested straight back into the company for the benefit of the workers. We work on the principle that the workers own their own labour. This works by workers being supplied with food for every day they work soon we will be able to supply guns, moving tickets and cost price housing for all workers. We operate democratically with workers having a say in which direction to take the commune next for example the next big decision would be to either buy a weapon or ticket company which ever resources the commune needs more. The last vote was for which company to buy next which resulted in us buying a food company.
So how does the system help eCzech Republic at first just by employing and feeding its citizens and offering help to young citizens. In time we can supply guns and moving tickets to the workers allowing them to fight around the world improving the countries military. If we get to be large enough we could even provide defence systems or hospitals at cost prices to the government.

My personal experience as a worker in communes in the eUK and eIreland was excellent. I didn't move to eCzech Republic to start communes but to make the country stronger and wanted others to have the same good experiences that i've had. The worst thing i can think of about working in the commune was there was less to do as everything was always provided which can make elife a bit boring for new players, that could be good for people who are involved in other things in the community for instance if your involved in polotics or if your involved in posting on forums it can be one less thing to worry about that is honestly the worst thing i can think of about life in the commune not too bad I think you will agree.

I've included some links to articles that explain the communes.
