A PTO is what happens when a sufficiently large bunch of goons attempt to thwart the democratic process by all collectively voting themselves into office in order to prevent another bunch of goons from doing the same thing.

Sometimes they come from another country as was the case with inci a while back. They agreed to fight with us provided they were rewarded with currency and congressional seats. Their members often boasted that they could hold every seat and office if they wanted. Pretty hostile, right?

But, really, who cares? Elections are about 1 thing. A few XP each month. The one redeeming grace with eRep is that regardless of who earns the little badge each month, the game never changes. Your little fight, work, train, buy shit, eat shit, and write shit buttons will still work!
