[eSK] 제 임기에 대한 최종 보고 (Final report for my president term)

안녕하십니까. 前 대통령 Dokabi입니다. 드디어 임기를 마무리하였군요.
최종 보고를 하고자 합니다.
이전 공약, 중간 보고는 다음과 같이 하였습니다.

아래 보고 내용에는 편의상 존칭은 생략하고자 합니다.
공약 & 중간 보고에 없던 사항을 먼저 넣었습니다.

0. 대만과 대화
- 사실 제 공약에 없던 거였는데, 1달 전 NE 미션과 관련하여
대만 정부와 이야기를 하고 싶었음에도 외교 채널이 계속 이루어지지 않아
관심을 많이 갖게 되었다. 과거를 자세히 살펴보니 조약을 만든 이후 한국 정부에서 외교적
으로 😑한 상황이 있었고 그 덕분에 회복하기 갱장히 어려운 지경까지 이르렀던 것으로 보였다.
결과적으로 긍정적인 방향으로 합의가 되었다고 생각함.
추후 정권에서 잘 이어가기를 바람.

0. ORG 찾기 & 해킹 & 관리
- ORG가 하나라 불편한 점이 이만저만이 아니라서 플라토에게 지속적인 요청을 했으나 결과적으로 실패.
- 답변이 너무 늦게 오고 심지어는 일관성없는 답도 와서 답답하였음.
- 최대한 한국 대통령으로서 어필하기 위해 티켓을 작성하는데 많은 노력을 하였음.
- 일단 찾긴 했고, 해킹 문제도 티켓을 썼지만 답이 없음.
- 이립에서 플라토가 소수 인구 국가라고 해도 기본적인 건 신경써줘야 하는데
대한민국을 제대로 차별하는 것이 아닌가 하는 의문이 듬.
- MM을 활용한 국고 증가 제안을 중반에 Jeremy Jeong으로부터 받았음.
후대 정권에서 이를 잘 활용하기를 희망함.

0. 국고 풀기

0. 외교
- 모든 외교 PM들은 구글독스에 제대로 정리를 하였음. 리스트는 다음과 같음

- 외교 구체적인 메시지들은 후대 대통령에게 구글 독스 계정 공유로 공유를 하고자 함
- eSK에서 외교는 정권이 바뀌더라도 방향이 이어질 수밖에 없어 굉장히 중요함
- CoT 동맹에서는 EDEN 세력 대항을 위한 아시아 연합을 제안하였으며, 이에 따른 인도네시아도 들어와야 한다고 주장하였였음. 임기가 끝날 무렵, 인도네시아 & 마케도니아 trial member 영입 투표가 있었으며 대한민국은 찬성하였음. 말레이시아, 캐나다 투표도 있었음.
- 기본적으로 MPP는 최대한 그대로 유지하고자 하였음. 추가/변화 외교 대화는
: 오스트리아 요청에 따른 MPP 추가
: 말레이시아와 깊은 이야기를 하였고, 추후 MPP를 갖기로 하였음
- 추후 정권들에서 현 정권의 외교 노력이 계속 이어지길 희망함

0. 이전 정권 지속
- 리듬님을 위주로 하여 활동 MU에 대한 탱크 지급을 지속적으로 수행하였음.
- q7 무기 보급을 위한 업그레이드 전략 수행 중. 대한민국에서도 q7 보급이 이루어질 수 있기를 희망함.

0. 중간 중간 내각 수정이 있었음.
- DMADestroyer 국방부 장관 잠적하면서, 제 정권에서 있었던 한국-대만 저항전에서
뚜렷한 정부의 대응 및 보급을 수행하기 힘들었음.

0. 자체 평가
- 공약에서 확실하게 하겠다고 한 것들은 전부 실천 노력을 수행하였음.
- 대통령이 부족한 점이 많아 가급적 의견을 듣고자 많은 노력을 하였음.
- 국가 체계를 부활시키고자 하면서, 여러 시스템 체계를 확립하였음
: 그룹 PM -> MU리더들/정당 당수들/국회의원들/이전 대통령들/...
: 국고 장부 기록 체계 부활
: 외교 관련 기록 체계 수행
- 행정부에 인원 부족 등으로 해외 동포 리스트 확보, 보급전 정보 공유는 당초 공약에 발표했던 것들보다는 조금 부족한 면이 있었다고 판단됨
- PTO 세력 증가 현상이 보이는데, 행정부 활동과 관련된 이유로
: 신문, 의사 소통 등을 한글+영어로 하면서 외국인들의 한국 정보 습득 용이
란 점이 영향을 주었을 수 있다고 생각함
- 전 정부에서 잘못한 것들에 대해서는 명확히 밝히고자 하였음
- 대만과의 외교 관계 회복을 위해 노력하였음

0. 기타
- 위 활동을 계기로 보다 강화된 eSK 행정부 & 끈끈한 대한민국이 되기를 희망함.
- 후대 정권에서는 공약에 전혀 포함하지 않았던 베이비붐 등도 고려되었으면 함.

0. Conversation between eROC
- In fact, the communication between eSK and eROC were not in my original appointment.
My previous government had experience on talking with eROC for NE missions, so I tried to contact.
It was so difficult to open communication channels to eROC, but anyway, thanks to Jeremy Jeong,
I think eSK and eROC successfully made new and positive agreement.
I hope that current eSK government will follow and continue well.

0. ORG Hacking & Management
- I sent several PMs about ORG problems to Plato. However, Plato's response related to ORGs is too slow.
Even, there were sometimes no consistency in Plato's reponses.
I also wrote ticket about eSK national ORG hacking problems, but PLATO is not still replying to my PM.
This is very questionable: PLATO discriminates eSouth Korea? Why PLATO is still analyzing important ORG problems?
Jeremy Jeong highly recommended me to the property of eSK national ORG better. So I tried to follow his opinion.
I hope that current eSK government will follow and continue well.

0. Welfare for eSK

- I would like eSK MU commanders and party presidents to have more power and to do more actively, and I also expect more vigorous eSK.

0. Diplomatic Issues
- I copied all diplomatic PMs into Google Docs. Here is the list:

I have shared the detail messages with the next eSK president.
I think managing eRepublik's diplomatic issues is very important.
In CoT alliance, I proposed the union of eAsia, so I insisted that eIndonesia should come to CoT.
I tried to keep current MPPs, added MPP with Austria.
For Malyesia, I deeply talked with the president and we promised to have better relationships.

0. Continuity of my previous president term
- I tried to follow the policy from rythemdj.

0. There were minor eSK government changes
- One disappointed thing: MoD, DMADestroyer did not appear in eRepublik. So, it was very difficult to set proper plans and well react RW wars between eSK and eROC.

0. Self-evaluation
- I tried to keep all the appointments that I mentioned in my original appointment.
- I am not a complete president, so I tried to listen all eSK citizens' opinions.
- I tried to recover basic national functions and re-establish basic government systems.
: Group PM -> MU Commanders/ Party Presidents / Congress/ Previous presidents/...
: I recovered the financial note for eSK National ORG.
: I all documented diplomatic messages related to eSK.
- Because of small number of eSK government, there were some lacks of making the list of eSK-foreigners and sharing supplement battle information.
- Currently, we can observe the increasing number of PTOers. One reason related to me may be
: I usually publish my article in both English and Korean. So, foreigners would be much easier to collect eSK's information.
: However, I like foreigners. This is why I use both two languages : )
- I tried to identify what previous eSK governments did well and wrong.
- I also tried to recover the relationship between eSK and eROC.

- I really expect that eSK will be much better.
- It would be much better if current or later eSK government will consider baby booms.
