2011 Presidential Elections...tittle-tattle
Arab League
Its that Time of the Month everyone....ummm... i mean the other "that time of the month" its the Voting Season....
It seems that our President Sam Krakower will no longer be our president, now that has been settled, the Likud has nominated someone else, Perfect.Knight, he's the new Likud Candidate, none of this is surprising, PK has an astonishing "CV" in eRepublik, what surprised me was finding almost all of the Israeli political parties are standing behind, aligned for Perfect.Knight, perhaps this is the first time that i have witnessed it in eRepublik, it could have occurred previously, where i was away or something, but the Political parties of Israel retreating from the elections, and in-response just were satisfied as supporters for one Likud candidate, something smells fishy... don't you agree.. especially that the Israel First Party, has the vast majority in the Knesset with 51% of the seats.!! so is their something they aren't telling us? by they, i mean, the Political rulers of this country, the Knesset, the political parties leaders, etc...
So who is this Perfect.knight? whom has set the same goals as the previous ones, well to know him, you can simply check out his profile, an impressive one (at least to me
😛), he has been awarded 4 times as super soldier, and have been the president of this country for two times, which is great, it tells us that his achievement to the goals he set will NOT be hard... but again, why are all the parties lined behind this guy, the Likud's candidate, i had several theories, so i went out to find what it might be, but all led to nothing, so can anyone help me please, perhaps the issue is much simpler than the way i put it, and their is no conspiracy theories going on in eRepublik!!
🙂, so what is it they're hiding?
I first thought that it could be that the Elections in Turkey is witnessing a rise in the votes for a party that is hosting goals of increasing Turkey's regions by two new regions, i first assumed that they would be two Israeli regions, but then found they weren't, they were Bulgarian. then went on checking Iran's Elections, found that the leading Party wishes to control 10 new regions, all of which are originally Iranian, then surfed to Pakistan, France, China, found nothing...
so their goes my Conspiracy theories, i went on reading what PK stated previously on his Kingdom of Conscience Newspaper, was very impressed by it, to be honest, and was clueless of why no other candidate from the other political parties have NOT sent in any for the elections...
follow link: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/manifesto-by-pk--1625882/1/20
so this months Elections are NOT an election, but rather a referendum on whether you agree on PK as the Country's President, or disagree... putting in mind that if you disagree, you don't vote, is this the kind of democracy we wish...is their not ONE applicable candidate to oppose PK?
Anyway, this is the end of the Article, so don't forget to go VOTE ... for both, president AND Article... and subscribe to the Newspaper if you wish to receive more news notifications for the Articles...

good article!
on the election, i think it shows best that the "danger from power-hungry foreigners" was a mere lie .. nobody even trying to be president of israel?
apart from that i believe pk will be a good president for eIsrael. not an outstanding one, but a good, harmonic and steady leader.
More a swearing in ceremony than an election. Is democracy dead in Israel? Or is PK just so great a candidate, that no one dares challenge him? Lame.
Nice article. It is a shame to see the return of parties by the name of 'Likud' in eIsrael. Having failed the real Israel, I would hope that the new-improved eIsrael would continue to prosper under the guidance of new ideas...
it is simple, at the current moment there is perhaps 1 guy who can run toe to toe with me and in all even ground the final result isn't clear. that guy is Rheinalnder von phalz. the problem is...i have taken care of this nation for almost a time of half a year with constant activity. ive created and took care together with other few people almost every capable person around these parts ( one who didn't strolled into eisrael for medals and promises of grandure )
to put it simply i have the streets behind me, arab, you should know something. likud and israel first are the only ACTIVE political parties around eisrael. other parties are somewhat sleepy. i mean there is quality politicians everywhere in almost every party u can find 1 guy who is awesome. but they do not have reason or goal as the biggest 2 parties have. likud,Israel First coordinate elections. to the point their candidates are our candidates. and vice versa, look at likud to be the more in depth hardcore politics scene of eisrael where israel first is the place to grow and get help from other people that have veterancy.
i invite anyother person that have questions to look further. and ask me for whatever question they have.
and to quimbie muffins, its not that im so great ( i am awesome ) its the fact i have the respect and love of the majority of the people to the point that any other candidate doesn't feel "confident" enough to run against me.
I don't mean any disrespect PK, but in a healthy democracy there has to me more than one option. How is progress going to be made if leadership and ideas come from a singular voice? Hell, I'd be less upset if say 4 candidates ran, and you still got %100 of vote.
I am pretty aware of my own awesomeness... fill me with the information I need to be a good politician and I'd be a friggin rock star. My big thing is openness and accountability. Something I see lacking in eIsrael the more I get involved politically. The same 3 or 4 folks can't lead eIsrael infinitely, or it will lead to corruption and stagnation. Am I wrong?
@Quimbie Muffins
i didnt quite understand your comment, since i clearly was NOT swearing at anyone, i was asking a simple question of why are their NO other candidates for teh presidential elections other than PK, whom i find very appropriate and have actualy voted for in the current elections (which means i agree about his presidency).
@Perfect.Knight
HONORED to have the Future President of the state to direct his answer to me... 😛... anyways, like i told Quimbie Muffins, i was NOT attacking anyone, i was simply wondering if their are un-known reasons of why their are no other candidates, and personally, as a citizen of this country, i think the elections are only proper when their are competitors, at least we would get to choose, but now, we are more of like a referendum on whether we agree on you as a president or not, and im sure you will agree with me that it is more fun when running for presidency against others...
its all good 🙂 you people are thinking on the right track. but in reality there is not a bad thing to have a single guy in elections when u can count on him.
also it makes stuff much more easier. in almost every election excluding the one i had with sam krakower a while back. almost every election was followed by a bitter loser-winner tango dance of mild trashtalking. which isn't nice.
We could have nominated someone from IF, but we decided that PK is the best choice for this month. PK has the skills, the experience and the motivation to be the president of eIsrael.
^ this is why its worth to have the support of the people. the trust and loyalty to one and other. 🙂
Good article Arab League, but the truth is we only have 756 people in Israel, 10% is active so say about 75 people. From those 75 people only 10% is more then actually a "2 clicker". So about 7 or 8 people actualy.
From those 7 or 8 everyone has nearly been president, so this time its PK who has some spare time to do the dirty work for us.
Half joking of course, but still....
haha, not far from the truth joe XD, ( to my misery )
but we have new wave of kids who can do all kinds of stuff if they do step up.
Arab League, first you have written a great article. I will explain my decision for supporting Perfect Knight as a Party President. First UIIP has not ran or supported a candidate in the last few elections cycles. I decided that our party was going to support Perfect Knight because I want to protect eIsrael and I want for stability of our country. I could have ran a candidate just to run a candidate in fact I could have nominated myself but that would have been playing politics during a time in which eIsrael can not afford to be political.
Perfect Knight is a good candidate and though I do not agree with everything that PK states, I know that his Presidency will bring stability to eIsrael. I do believe that PK is not a medal seeker and I know that he truly wants the best for eIsrael. Our country needs stability and not politics. As stated we are a small country with few active citizens and to top it all off we are always under threat from other countries which want to expand.
UIIP supports PK because we know that his leadership will bring growth and stability to our country. Politics should always be second to the National Interest and for the first time in eIsrael history all political parties has come to that realization. I am glad to see that PK will be our country's President and will lead a Unity Government with all political parties behind his Presidency.
this is democracy 2.0 - no one wants to have anything to do with politics so the politicians play a game of cards and whoever loses gets to do the president job for the next month
"More a swearing in ceremony than an election. Is democracy dead in Israel? Or is PK just so great a candidate, that no one dares challenge him? Lame. "
That isn't PK's fault. Blame other party leaders for not stepping up and choosing a candidate from their party. No disrespect to PK; just as a means to ensure that something screwy doesn't happen.
...To be more specific, I don't mean disrespect to party leaders either.
Robbie for President!
Robbie for President!

Robbie for president!

Again, I am disrespecting PK, hell he had the balls to run. My concern is that lack of political competition, will lead to complacency, and then corruption. Where's the debate? Surely not all the political party's in eIsrael have the same political leanings. Have we descended into a deep pit of centrism? Is there no left, no right, only varying degrees of the fuzzy middle? What's the good of politicing if we all get along? This is way too utopic and friendly for me, I am not even sure who I should be mad at. Does everyone love PK? Has he got no political enemies? Am I the only one that is worried?
(edit) NOT disrespecting...
@Quimbie Muffins: thought i agree with you completely at the utopic theory, which i think Politics would be killed if this becomes a trend, yet i personally Find PK as a superb candidate..
but, other then that, i totaly agree with you, are their no socialists, no commies, no waging war crusaders? where are the rest of the opposition... are we like QM states... just a "Fuzzy middle" politicians, that merely differ in opinions?
we do differ in opinions.... haven't you heard about the huge debate on economic reform? there r a lot of differences there....
Perfect.Knight is Taking over the world with Hypnosis!
Beware of him! He'll destroy the country!
