Citizens of Ireland,
Over the last eight or so days the country has been at war with the UK, this was started under a different government than the one currently serving you but we must face this challenge as a nation.
Past Week
For those unaware of what happened id advise logging onto IRC or the Forum and ask there because there is a lot of information and I need to discuss the here and now and future rather than the past. When I told over two days ago there was a huge task to stop the British push in to Ireland which had already taken Dublin and Louth and was about to attack and Wexford.
When taking over the immediate thing needing to be done was get a show of stability out in the public arena, I was immeditialy in to EDEN rooms to discuss the developing situation we where experiencing. Advise them of the plan myself and my government had formulated and put a call out for support to be shipped in.
After this we lost Wexford due to the fact all our fighters had run themselves in to the ground defending Ireland and thus we where short numbers and Wexford was an example of that.
Word was put out that the UK where taking advantage of the inexperienced government and tried to wipe us which we never take lightly. Our soldiers got some great support over from the like's of TCO, Libertad and a number of Croatian, Polish, Italian and Bulgarian support along with other Greek armies. We saw Alfagram tanking against us determined to destroy us so I put out a request to our good ally and Croatian brother Romper and he happily came and turned the battle for Cork.
Our brothers in Libertad successfully liberated Dublin for us and put down some savage damage for us within Cork. Without this support the outcome of the battles may have been very different.
The Weeks Ahead
Over the next week or two my main goal is to return Ireland all of its regions, this is my top priority. Ireland is to be one and this means in no uncertain circumstances we will fight the UK to get our regions back, we will fight them no matter how long it takes. This is our land and we wont allow a nation who likes to act the bully to smaller nations.
We will see the usual article from the usual crowd complaining about the support we have received but this is just acting like a child. You can't invade a smaller nation then cry like a two year old when that nation reaches out to its allies, that is what allies are for...you support them, they support you (they are not for backstabbing).
Over the next few days and weeks we will make a push to return all our regions home to Ireland, they are Irish and no country...not the UK or anyone else will ever be allowed to hold our regions without our permission.
All defenders of Ireland are asked to subscribe to the Department of Defence newspaper and keep an eye on the forum and press releases for important updates. An updated soldier is always a better soldier for themselves and their nation.

Again this month, as I did last month, I look to bring in a mix of experience and new players, with this combination we can have new players learning from experienced players so they gain valuable experience to hold minister positions in the future as well as bringing a fresh insight to Ireland political scene.
In closing I would like to personally thank all our allies on behalf of the citizens of Ireland, we are indebted for this and it will never be forgotten. Citizens of Ireland, you put up on serious fight and I asked you to be patent over the next week or two as we look to restore Ireland as a player on the international scene.
A note for all the parties who supported our last CP who nearly had us wiped.

tl, dr: Marcus Clubhouse's sabotage ended as you took over once again - impeaching the president beating you 60% to 40%. now stepping up as a saviour and doing what you could have done under another president too - if only you were loyal to eIreland, not just starving for power.

Stranger Here Myself, what bothers me is not that Marcus is CP, he did a good job the first time round, it's the way he has bitched, pissed and moaned when not re-elected, PTO'ed the other political parties in revenge and was happy to see us wiped if he wasn't put back in as CP.

@SHM I was laughing at Haughenator since he is clearly subbed my articles and posted like a light.
Also they didn't help me become CP, my hard work for over a year got me the job. I like others asked them for proof like screenshots that they voted for me, not surprising they produced none.
