** PEACE GC Gets Pushed Back
Fortis was successful in stopping PEACE GC’s attacks on both Montana, USA vs. Russia and New Brunswick, Canada vs. France! Our victories in Montana and New Brunswick have prevented Russia and France from attacking for another 24 hours.

** War Update
Before we were successful in securing Montana, Russia attacked Idaho. In countermaneuvers, eUSA withdrew from Idaho and attacked French-occupied Manitoba, Canada while starting a resistance war (RW) to free Idaho. Canada also launched counterattacks on Russian-occupied Alaska and Washington State and an RW was also started in French-occupied Prince Edward Island, Canada.
In other parts of the world, several RWs have also been launched against PEACE GC in Asia in Indonesian-occupied territories as well as in Europe in Hungarian-occupied regions, keeping PEACE GC busy trying to hold on to all its conquered regions.
The current battle that eUS citizens may fight in is to help Canada reclaim its territory from France in the Battle for Manitoba. As always, those who are in the military are to follow posted orders given by your chain of command, which may or may not differ from directives to the general public.

eUS Training Division
If you are not currently part of the eUS Military and you would like to contribute to the war effort to defend North America, then consider joining the military by enlisting in the eUnited States Training Division (TD). If you are able to fight, after you’ve enrolled in the TD, you can request free weapons to repel the invaders as well as learn about making the best use of the many aspects of eRepublik. Many people who have graduated from the TD have continued on to further their careers in the military or become congresspersons and even presidents. This country needs your help and so do our allies. Make your mark on the eWorld today and enlist in the eUnited States Training Division, the best eRepublik training program in the world!

eUK Joins PEACE GC
In case there is any doubt, eUnited Kingdom has made it official that they are no longer our allies as eUK has joined PEACE GC. While not yet militarily aligned with PEACE GC, they have made military maneuvers through “territory swaps” with France and Hungary (PEACE GC nations) which have opened up North America to attack from Europe and blocked Canada and USA from advancing toward Europe due to undeclared war against eUK, who was our former ally.

eUSAF
Political take-overs (PTOs) occur with the placement of foreign members into congress and/or presidential positions in another government, won by the moving of votes from the foreign nation into the sovereign nation. Although there have been attempts here, eUSA has been relatively free from PTOs and we have more or less been able to govern ourselves as we wish without fear. The same is not true, however, for many of our allies and neutral (independent) countries. To combat this, during scrabman’s presidency, the eUnited States Air Force was created - to fly to other countries and “combat” PTOs by sending appropriate numbers of counter-voters. Two countries within PEACE GC - eIndonesia and eHungary - have been very good at PTOing nations, effectively reducing potential friends and allies for us. We are better at fighting PTO than we used to be, but our eUSAF still needs to grow. You can be a regular civilian or you can be a current member of the military. Do you believe in each nation’s right to govern itself? Do you believe other nations should have this right as well as we do? Are you willing to fight for other friendly nations to share those rights with us and not have their governments taken over by the enemy? Do you want to know what you can do about it? ** PEACE GC Gets Pushed Back

The only things that will help you, are:
- Money for weapons and wellness packs (you are loosing income each day as we take regions).
- Participation : trying to increase the % of people fighting, but you are loosing people each day as we take regions, not everyone moves to USA regions when one is taken by PEACE.
- And tactics ; so far, ours seems to be better than yours, and this is for when you are attacking us, seriously... your strategist were BAD, and apparently even when defending.
PTO votes to overpowered, Game broken with poor realistc gameplay!
Admins have no choice besides that of revamping voting regulations with moving from countries. Either way im done fighting a uphill battle, PEACE will win by unhororable ways!!!!

1) Join the Military! You get a cool avatar, and free guns!
2) Go through your e-mail address book, and invite all your friends to join eRepublik-- I just started last night, and got through the first twenty. Follow it up with another e-mail off-site that explains what you like about the game (whether it's the military, economics, or politics aspect-- if it appeals to you, it'll likely appeal to your friends), what's going on right now (America is under attack, and anyone can help!) and an offer of help with any snags they hit. If we get a baby boom, Indo-Hungary is DEAD.
3) Don't forget who you are!

We don't quit just because some PEACE jerks send a couple snarky e-mails saying how they're going to take New Jersey.

eUK was never really a great ally, in RL yeah, not eUK and eUS. All of our other allies have stuck strong with us. What makes us an evil empire? We have no occupies territory, Russia does ; )

The first part is true. We cant win with just guts. But as a total from the region(s) (i forget if it is one or two regions we have lost that either us or Canada hasnt gotten back) we have only lost about 50-100 citizens and if they are so inactive they dont even notice that their region switched countries then they really wouldnt help us anyway. And as to our strategists. Yall have taken 1 or 2 regions and you act like you won the war. eUS and eCanada have won as many battles so far in this war than eRussia and eFrance have. your idiocy astounds me.
While obviously you have more important things on your mind right now, I'm also interested in knowing how this most recent development (eUK officially joining PEACE) will affect our relationship with Ireland, whom we have had friendly wargames with in the past. Especially since Ireland has rules prohibiting them from ever being at war with the UK. I suppose my more direct question is, will Ireland stick with the UK, join us, or take as neutral a stance as possible? Because this might put Ireland in an awkward position, as I foresee and encourage future hostilities with the eUK, by way of repaying them for this betrayal.

I'm not sure what you've been told in eUK, but we were happy to have eUK in Fortis and would have given equal protection. Although eUS population is 3x that of eUK, we even finally agreed to - yes - let you have equal standing and give the same strength vote in the alliance - even without eUK having exportable resources such as iron. Even with our concessions which your leaders had no intention on agreeing on anyway, they have been swayed by PEACE GC to doublecross your former allies and that is quite unfortunate for all involved.

Evil Jak - Considering I've been a member of the eUS presidential cabinet for the last 3 months with access to high level information and involvement with the ideas that caused Fortis to come about, I'd like to know a single example where eUSA has "used" eUK, because I've never heard such talk from within. If that's the propaganda eUK is being fed so citizens will accept PEACE, I'd like to know...
@ evil jak The US never used the UK, too long did the UK use the US, and when we asked you to join our alliance they said no. Truth is the UK was afraid of PEACE so they hurried and joined them like the traitors and cowards they are. The UK couldn't fight it's way out of a paper bag.
