[SoE] An Interview With Biffo3000

Day 1,122, 08:33 Published in Ireland Ireland by Stark Hater

Hello Ireland!

If you have been living under a rock, you're probably not reading this article. The fact that you are means that you'll know that the UK occupied every Irish territory for about ten minutes (for the first time in Irish history, I believe). In this short space of time, all Irish parties were wiped. Two new parties have been formed in their place, along with the revival of the IUP. These are, the Sons of Eireann and the Popular Liberation Front. Having decided to join SoE, I realised I still don't know much about the party. For this reason, I decided to request an interview with biffo3000, the new party president of SoE.

Just to give a little background, SoE was formed last week by John Snuggles. He had to leave his position as Party President to start a Resistance War. Around this time, John started two companies to supply jobs after Irish companies were left in the UK. I for one would like to thank John for his contributions towards rebuilding this country during this crisis.

Q: Could you give us a brief overview of the Sons of Eireann, and where you see yourselves moving?

Biffo: Well SoE obviously came about as a result of the UK wiping us out which resulted in the old political parties in eIreland becoming British. The party was set up with the intention of “tackling the issues facing eIreland. We are dedicated to Job creation and the liberation of all occupied … territory“. Being the largest party in eIreland obviously we have a wide range of members across all demographics and this means we have a good blend of experiences, skills and ideas.

I see ourselves leading eIreland into a bright future, the opportunity is there for eIreland to be rebuilt how its citizens want it and I see the SoE being at the forefront of this “new” future for eIreland.

Q:How do you view the other new party to arise, the Popular Liberation Front, and the new political landscape in Ireland?

Biffo: First of all I think the PLF are a good bunch of people. Some of them I know very well and they are among the best in the country without a shadow of doubt, also I have the utmost respect for Dan as their PP. He’s a good man with eIreland’s best interests at heart so I’m sure they will be an excellent addition to eIreland.

As for the political landscape as a whole, I’m excited as hell! Now is a time for change, rebuilding bridges which may have been burned in the past and ultimately growth in eIreland. I’m not one to dwell on the past too much and I hope others realise the opportunity we have now, rather than attempting to settle old scores and achieve hollow victories.

Q:Your party page says you are dedicated to job creation. How do you propose to back this claim?

Biffo:Well first off, a very obvious measure but one which I back, is Party operated Companies. Simple and effective ways to create jobs in my opinion and it’s something I hope to get up and running soon.

Other possible methods include reviewing taxes and other benefits which would possibly see more people get involved in operating companies and thus creating jobs.

This is all part of the work I envisage the Party Working Group which I alluded to in my PP manifesto undertaking and guiding the party views on this vital area.

Q😮ur attacks on the UK have proved quite destructive to date. Besides reclaiming our occupied territories, do you intend to advocate any military action against the UK or any other nation?

Biffo:This is something I haven’t discussed at length yet. My personal viewpoint, not that of the party or anything, is that we need some consolidation time. We have an opportunity to rebuild eIreland now but that would all come apart at the seams if we were wiped out again by the UK and so I think for the time being it’s not in our best interests to attack. But like I said that’s my personal view and I’m sure others may disagree.

Q:What would you like to achieve as a party in the coming month?

Biffo:Personally since we’re still a very young party I’d like to see us grow in numbers and activity on the party forum as I think it’s a great tool for interaction between members.

Externally I’d like to see us get some worthwhile members into congress and start to shape the future of eIreland and maybe get a good CP candidate down the line.

I know they are basic aims, but it’s necessary to learn to walk before you can run and I hope people realise that eIreland won’t be rebuilt in a day. It’s going to take some hard work, but I’m more than willing to do that, I wouldn’t have put myself forward for PP otherwise!
