[Reporters] Current situation of Portugal

Hi everybody!
Here I propose a brief update about the situation of Portugal, that is experiencing one of the worst moments in its history.
Spain has in fact deleted it from the e-world map, conquering its last region, Guayana, despite strenuous defense from Portugal and despite it had employed a great amout of resources in the previous battle, in Norte.

While I’m writing, the country may not even gain Congress next month.
Everything happens after Portugal and Spain informally discussed about a NAP last week, but the Spaniards - through an unforeseen referendum- have stated that, in any case, they were in disagreement.
At the time, the Portuguese are said to be very disappointed by EDEN and are considering the possibility of a referendum to exit.
I will promptly alert citizens about extreme important news.
