[Presidential Campaign] A September to remember?

Day 2,114, 08:10 Published in Philippines Republic of China (Taiwan) by Analia Arnheim

Some may agree with me that the past two months has been too short to rebuild a penniless country with zero region, especially when those that who want to cooperate do not have enough money to spend beyond their own expenses and those who do not cooperate have actually found ways to earn money for the country. I am to blame really for not tapping these uncooperative people of their capability (I am always your friend anyway), but when elected for a third term, I will be much more industrious into reaching these people for the betterment of the country.

The supply program is willed to be more efficient in the next term, if elected, with both the Minister and Vice Minister of Defense given enough supplies to distribute to the people whenever needed. A supply reserve, proposed to be capable of supplying 200 citizens, will be held by the President and can be distributed in times of high demand for supplies. If the supply reserve is not exhausted, the next President will inherit it. Expansion is also planned to be done by doubling the current supply of 5 Q6 weapons to 10 Q6 weapons. Expansion on food supplies will be under study.

Regular publishing of daily order, most probably every 2-3 days, will be enforced by the Ministry of Defense. Experimentation had been done in August, though the daily order had been irregular at the time. Synchronization of military units within the newly integrated Armed Forces of the Philippines had been tested in the past months, and we are now sure that priority battles of the government can now be fought in the AFP.

Salary for ministers are based on half the average salary in the Philippines, which is 10 PHP. Thus, 300 PHP for the whole term. (Reduced from the original 600 PHP for austerity measures) This is willed to serve as their daily allowance from the government. I see that this is not too big since I pledged that no Vice President will be appointed, and salaries for vice ministers (100 PHP the whole term) can be cancelled if the economic condition requires.

A money and gold reserve shall be kept in the Bank of Philippines (which had been dry since April), if elected, to benefit the following administration immediate amount to spend for its initial projects.

Indonesia's speculation of an Asian alliance among its neighbors is also a vision I have long been thinking of within myself. The Philippines, a strategic country in this side of Asia, will want hand-in-hand cooperation with evidently stronger neighbors in the persona of Indonesia, Taiwan and China to preserve not only our national interests, but general peace and security of the whole region. We may be playing as a bench player today, but if elected, I will immediately commence talks with neighboring governments concerning both our national interests (Congress and region as foremost priority) and the security of this side of Asia (as I actually did this August, but with results turning to the favor of stronger Pakistan). And I am talking of long term provisions here. I believe that this vision could see a headstart the following term, and thus make this a September to remember.

Pulling out of NaN is increasingly becoming an inevitable option (not an order of action) for us for the following month. The Philippines had done everything it could to help her allies in NaN, and maintaining good relations with its remaining members will still be welcomed by the government if ever the event occurs. Of all courses, safeguarding national interests is a priority.

If elected, I shall also be doing efforts to revive eUP once more to guide new citizens to work hard and fight smart for the Philippines. A foreign MU sympathetic to the Philippine cause is also offering me to give a team of young citizens they will handle to work hard and fight smart for the Philippines. Our population is actually growing, rising around 12% in the past two weeks, now we must produce quality out of this quantity. Actually, this August began to see initial results: the average citizen level rising from 17 by midterm to 19 by end-term.

For critics of my supposed possessions, here's my personal account (SALN):

I just happen not to spend my gold too much to serve as an example to young citizens not to spend their gold too much as well. We all know the rising cost of gold and how hard to earn them nowadays.

I don't want to post Cabinet positions for now. That is like claiming victory early in the campaign. Actually, my rival candidate got the upper hand this time with a possible vote of 36-14 to his favor.

So, I appeal to the people once more, as I did since I first ran in March, lend me your energies for me to be President once again, one of your most ardent fighters for Pilipinismo in the national government. Vote on the Presidential elections on September 5, it is your right.

Patnubayan ng Panginoon ang Pilipinas. Merdeka Filipinas!
