Join the new world

Sadly, it’s been a while.

Unfortunately, I got sidetracked for various things in the past couple weeks. We started off pretty strong. We got our first state department interview, we got a WHPR, we got some DoCA news, and we got Aramec’s occasional press breifings.

It was a good time… until things fell off.

Trivia Night? Turns out nobody wants to do eRep stuff on a Saturday. Can’t blame ‘em. Only had a few sign up, and couldn’t find a good time to get everyone together. The player pool is smaller nowadays, after all.

State Media? DMJ was awesome, and got me that interview quick. Everyone else? Not so hot.

As for myself, I got caught up in international business. Pacifica is still trying to get the SG election in order, among other things, including battle plans in various theatres. I tried to find more war for the US, but our useful windows opened and shut too quickly, before Ukraine needed wiped again. Just as well, nations have been contacting me about various diplomatic affairs.

Simply put, America deserves more focus on the community initiatives that I promised.

So, here we go.

So, SColbert has sorta been killing it in DoCA this month. I mean, he kinda let Meels on Wheels get away from him for a bit, but otherwise, he’s been certifiably dank.

When I gave him the job, he came to me with his vision for the DoCA.

For the longest time, DoCA has been focused on the “noobs” of this game. However, we’ve reached a point where new players don’t really exist in a significant way anymore. Really, what the DoCA needs to do is encourage activity in all aspects. This means in-game, on the forums, and even in outside community areas like Discord.

We need to keep up the number of existing players and reward active players, as much as possible. When the occasional new player comes in, they’ll have the same resources, see active programs, and hopefully be pulled in by a more active community.

As such, SColbert has devised a new program! The DoCA will put out an article every week. Simply comment on it to get 100cc, and also receive 100cc every day of the week! Just as well, a new thread will be opened on the eUS forum each week. Post there for another 50cc. Get another 50cc for pinging SColbert on discord, with anything you damn well please!

Get active everywhere, for maximum monies!

Just as well, BU2SU is now open to EVERYONE, regardless of your level. Go get your 1g for training and fighting, and all that jazz. Upgrade those training grounds!

Meals on Wheels, the eUS’s longest running social program, is still up and running! It’s open to everyone! Get all the food you can eat, for FREE! No level limit!
