Comes with mood musikGood Morning eUSA, it's been longer than I meant it to be which is somewhat RLs fault, and mostly mine. Being said, that also means there's a lot to cover so let's get started.
The PTO is Weakening
Did anyone notice how long it took for the New AFA to come close to being back in the top 5? I did. Former AFA members also seem to have been having fun in Serbia as well.
The point is, the PTO is in disarray. ATO is working. For those who have written that taking over the AFA every month is futile, this is proof that it is not and that soon the PTO in America will be over. We may not have our country back yet, but when we do we will finally be free from the domestic threat. Soon UNITY will be ended. If this isn't a success, I don't know what is. Also Pizza's tears are always entertaining.
Congress this month
As many of you may have noticed, we were unable to win an RW in time to organize an airstrike and thus we will not have congress this month. Congress will continue as is, each party will receive the same representation, and, as per the usual system, the Party President will compile each party's list. While unfortunate, our government will continue to function, and the eUS will live to fight another day.

As for staying wiped, it's unacceptable, and I want to promise you all that things are going to change very soon. Keep your eyes peeled America.
MU Contest
If you haven't noticed, there's to be yet another MU contest. Now, government MUs and many private MUs are organizing to maximize the amount of US MUs that can succeed in this contest. Make sure to follow whatever orders are passed down from your commander.

On July 18 the existing congress passed an amendment to the constitution creating a shadow congress. It would appear there was no public discussion in the media. There was no public discussion on the forum. There was no public vote. This kind of secrecy is not needed nor is it beneficial. It will only lead to greater cynicism.

Totally agree and the secrecy in which this was accomplished proves to me that Henry Pfeiffer Arundel -despite being a Redcoat traitor- is still deeply involved in American Politics, back room deal making is his style....

Oliver, the shawdow congress is nothing new. They are moving money around even after these "budgets are passed", we all know that my friend. Are you saying the "shadow congress" never existed until July 18th of this month?
Actually, if you read the Constitution, you'll see that, in fact no, there was no provision in there to cover what would happen in the event that we were wiped. The vote that was held was to add an amendment, ensuring there was some continuity in government. There's nothing sinister about it, it was just Congress doing what it's supposed to do...looking out for the welfare of the country, and being representatives of the overall populace. Of course there was no public vote, that would be ridiculous...you can't get anything done in a sea of thousands of voices. That's why we have a representative form of government. If you want to be involved in the process, it's pretty simple. Don't be in the PTO party, and get your party PP to add you to his list. There's nothing terribly elite about it

Actually those forums are impressive. They have created a role playing game, hung on the frame work of the vague eRepublik rules; which whether or not America exist in game the eUSA will survive on the eUS Forums. This game being played here is meaningless over there and no matter who in game is 'President' everyone here knows they are simply a sock puppet for the Pfeifferist.
It has been stated that my Arch Enemy is no longer involved in American Politics -having defected to the UK, yet anyone paying attention can see he is still influencing America's Congress and politics with those he has taught and who owe him 'favors agreed to in the back rooms' of this game....

Just so everyone knows, the current state of the AFA has nothing to do with Ato's. It has everything to do with the lack of resources. Love you Paul, but your assertion is not correct.
Failure. Not acceptable as it is. You can do nothing to change the fact that eus is still dead. We may still have congress but that means nothing. As long as the serbs, poles, and garians decide to keep our territory, we have no country. We cant outshoot them any day. So ya keep saying "your" goverent is going to do something which your not.

The regular congress was bad enough. Meeting and "deliberating" in private.Run by power-hungry fools who think a browser game is real.
The one good thing for me (and all of us, I think) about the wipe was no more congress.
