[PM] Forget Private Paramilitaries (Camelot), Join the British Army
Jhorlin
At a time when our enemies surround us and we're taking attacks every day, we can't afford to be disjointed.
If we cannot stand together to fight, our enemies will divide and conquer.
For this reason, I ask you this: if you're going to work and fight for the country, join the Army. Schemes like Camelot just serve to damage the country. They ignore the national efforts we make, and ignore the orders from the top.
Only the CP, MoD, MoFA and their deputies have official access to orders.
If you join Camelot, you will drain national damage that could be better used in nationally co-ordinated efforts.
Why would they want you to join Camelot?
-Operate purely food, no weapons : just like the Army. This is the most efficient way to do things, which is why the army does it.
-Own grain companies : just like the Army. This is the most efficient way to do things, which is why the army does it.
-Avoid paying company profit : just like the Army. This is the most efficient way to do things, which is why the army does it.
Why would you want to join the Army?
-Operate as part of the UK Armed Forces, in a co-ordinated strategy within the UK and our Allies. Only the UK government officially has access to Phoenix and her orders.
-Be a part of the community, including opportunities for promotion, medals, ribbons, the fun and games on the forums, and a unique IRC community.
-Be given MORE than you produce, a daily supply of 72 health worth of food PLUS strike kits of extra food for attending vital strikes
I ask you this: join the Army, and don't let our enemies win by giving in to the enemy within.
Regards,
Jhorlin

Stand up and fight
This is purely a publicity stunt. So much for not being a non-partisan CP.
How could it possibly be partisan McAfee01, unless this Camelot is partisan? Are you saying that Camelot is partisan?
The Army is not a business. Competition is not healthy. What is does is divide our efforts when we need to stand together.
I never supported the Home Guard, and didn't org vote the articles. SHA did that through his own means. I raised my concerns about the Home Guard to those involved at the time. Frankly a public outburst wouldn't have helped anyone, although I did speak out about how the Home Guard damaged the army in my article "failure of the Armed Services Act".
Camelot is both a threat to our military, and our national stability. It's been launched at a time just after military wages have been dropped (to increase military efficiency) in an aim to poach members from the military.
If you're unhappy with this country's leadership then I encourage you to file a petition for impeachment: let the congressmen decide. As for this country's army: they work so hard night and day, when you're sat in your bed dreaming of power. I will not sit by and accept attempts to destabilise government or the military while we have bigger things to deal with.
How can Camelot possibly be partisan, considering that our attention clearly states we aim to operate in conjunction with the eUK Armed Force rather than under any political motives.
But what's more worrying is your ability to completely forget the ill fated paramilitary group created on the basis of the arguments you are mindlessly aiming at Camelot. You are arguing because this was created by TUP members, not because it was created by an organisation/other political party.
If Camelot is not partisan, how can you accuse me of being partisan in speaking out against it?
I disagreed with the Home Guard too, and had I been CP or CGS at the time, would have fought vehemently against it. As I say, you can gleam my views from my article about the ASB.
It's like a regular old britcom in here.
OH GOD ASHER YOU WRITE SO MUCH AND NOBODY CARES

hahaha look how biased and partisan the UK Army officials are, the ICA and IDF work hand in hand.
We're Knights of the Round Table,
We dance when ere we're able,
We do routines and chorus scenes
With footwork impeccable.
We dine well here in Camelot,
We eat ham and jam and spam a lot.
Spam Spam Spam Spam SPAM!
It's only a model
Camelot looks like a fighting commune. Don't see how it will harm the country.
lol'd
some tldr comments right there
improper use of CP influence
omfg why carnt they just run it like this the
1 the army gets its orders from phoenix
2 the army tells groups like camelot what to do where to attack ect
3 camelot ect follows these orders on their own back own food ect
4 then the army then helps out after camelot ect has finished their attacks thus causing greater damage on the same target
ps the last 2 could go in any order eg the army first then camelot ect or even both attacking at the same time
Or....
1 No militias people join the army
2 the army gets its orders from phoenix
3 the army tells the army where to fight as its quicker and easier
4 Army follow orders
5 As all people involved have fought we dont have to monitor battles afterwards as rigorously
Also it appears the same arguments here are being used like when HG came in, just the parties are reversed...
Asher dont complain about peoples view against Camelot, when the HG was created the exact same things were being said, its unfortunately the way of the eNation.....
The Army has vetting procedures to try to protect sensitive orders. Asher won't even tell me who is in this militia, never mind what the selection criteria are, therefore it would be irresponsible to tell them what PHX is up to.
lol, some private army saved london! and u tell ppl to avoid them?!
Personally I wouldn't touch the army with a barge pole, but I have considered joining Camelot in the past (during the London battle specifically, when it was still a private thing on the TUP forums). But then I suppose it's true, having more people fighting, and thus doing more damage for, the eUK is a silly idea.
I agree with this, but I am getting sick of the properganda telling us to join the army. I applied a week ago, and no answer. If I dont get a answer in 2 days im joining a private army, I want to help the country but if I'm not being accepted then enver mind
same i joined an army company and got fired after 2 days i was workking both days with 100 health as well re they running out of money?
Didn't see Jhorlin coming out when The Home Guard was introduced. Partisan president is partisan.
seems like allot of fuss about nothin
"same i joined an army company and got fired after 2 days i was workking both days with 100 health as well re they running out of money? "
At that time we had too many workers for the amount of companies we had due to the closure of our weapons companies, therefore we had to continously fire a number of people from companies to keep productivity high.
We have bought some Raw Material companies meaning that this will no longer be the case and now that we have RM companies alongside only food companies, our costs are minimal and our damage outputs are as large as ever.
"Didn't see Jhorlin coming out when The Home Guard was introduced. Partisan president is partisan."
Coming from one of the most partisan MOLA in a long time.... i lold
@Tlawson
