[MoF] Everyone a House! - May

Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,

we continue to support the housing program called Everyone a House! The eNetherlands will offer every eligible citizen an opportunity to receive either a free Quality 1 House or Quality 2 House once a month!



The importance of houses is described in this article. Long story short - houses will allow you to use your energy more efficiently - they increase both your maximum energy and energy recovery. And by activating them and using Overtime Points, you can work at your job more times a days, therefore collecting more salary. So having houses is generally worth it and you should use them at all times!




So, how to receive your subsidy? There are few slight changes made for this month indicated in bold letters (which should however not affect active players using the subsidy as intented). First, you need to follow the necessary requirements:

1. You have been eNL citizen for at least 2 months and have reached Level 20
2. You can choose either the Q1 House or the Q2 House
3. You have been online for the last 21/30 days (Q1) or 27/30 days (Q2)
4. You have been using the chosen Housing on your own. If you ask for Q2 Housing Subsidy, you also need to use Q1 Housing regularly on your own. This will both be checked by random sample.




And how do you apply? Simply - by commenting the article below. You also need to buy EITHER a Q1 or Q2 House and activate it, before you apply. Your application will be processed, and the necessary requirements will be checked to confirm you fulfill them. If you have a residency, we will check whether or not you activated your house; in case of not having a residency you will need to provide adequate proof (e.g. a screenshot) to Minister of Finance.



*Citizens, who have been found not using houses regularly during our random sample checks last month, will be only able to receive Q1 subsidy (if they asked for Q2 house in April), or will receive no subsidy this month (if the asked for Q1 house in April). Samples data are publicly accessible in Finance Sheet.
* The handing out of Subsidies will be noted down in the 'Finance Sheet' to ensure transparency.
* Gifted amount of money is based on the (if reasonable) price of a House on the Dutch market, otherwise on the worldwide market.
* The article will be regularly shouted on National Feed during the term, so citizens can apply at a later date as well.
