Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,
For a while now the eNetherlands has had several initiatives to promote the usage of Housing, which has increased the potential of both individual citizens and our collective country. The Ministry of Finance is proud to announce that over the months that program has been expanded and that we can present you an updated and elaborate 'Everyone a House'! The eNetherlands will offer every eligible citizen an opportunity to receive either a free Quality 1 House or Quality 2 House once a month!

Why Housing?
Owning and activating a House has several benefits. It increases your recoverable energy (the maximum amount of energy you can store) therefore giving one the opportunity to use all the gained energy efficiently. Especially handy during a level-up! In case of being a so-called resident of a residency it adds even more benefits: Each activated Quality of Housing gives you +2 Energy Recovery every 6 minutes. It will also extend the durability of your House: Instead of the ordinary 7 days a House stays active, it will gain you more or less another day on top of that!

Lastly - and the reason why this is a once-a-month subsidy only - you actually earn money by purchasing a House! Every active House grants you with 1 Overtime Point an hour. With 24 Overtime Points you can work an additional time and gain another salary that day. To illustrate this, please consult the following basic calculation (numbers may slightly vary depending on the market):

With every House you can work an additional time per day. With a Quality 1 House you can work twice a day, which potentially earns you 7 x 9177 extra a week (a profit of 2907). The potential additional day you earn by being a resident obviously increases this even more so. With the combination of a Q1 + Q2 House you can work three times a day so that would result in an additional salary of 18354 a week, resulting in a small loss of 316. However, the advantages of additional energy recovery and storage is well worth such a small price - not to mention that the additional one day of being a resident and the free monthly Quality House 2 the Government offers will actually result in a profit! And not only you will profit, but the eNetherlands collectively as well due to the tax involved. Win-win!

Great! How do I apply?
By commenting on this article showing your interest or by messaging NoTie112 you can apply for this Grant after having bought EITHER a Q1 or Q2 House and activated it. If you have a residency we can check whether or not you did; in case of not having a residency you will need to provide adequate proof (f.e. a screenshot). The following basic rules apply:

- You have been a eDutch citizen for at least 2 months and have reached Level 20
- You can choose either the Quality 1 House or the Quality 2 House
- You have been online for the last 20/30 days (Q1) or 25/30 days (Q2)
- You have been using at least Q1 / Q2 Housing on your own - which will be checked by random sample depending on your previous applications. This will be especially stringently checked on Quality 2 Applications. The goal of this program is having a Q1 and eventually Q2 House active at all times!



* The handing out of Grants will be noted down in the 'Finance Sheet' to ensure transparency and avoid double applications.
* Gifted amount of money is based on the (if reasonable) price of a House on the Dutch market, otherwise on the worldwide market.
* The Government will ensure a basic stock of Quality 1 & Quality 2 Houses on the Dutch Market.
