[MoF] Everyone a House! - March Sample

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,
What a success has the recent expansion of 'Everyone a House!' been. With a total of 163 630 cc distributed over 16 citizens, the overall Housing-rate has steadily increased. The applications for March are currently closed, but expect a new opportunity next month! Now, on to the details.

Some things to take away from this:

* Three applicants were not eligible due to a lack of ''Online Days'' in the last 30 days. The requirement for a Q1 House is 20/30 Days and for a Q2 House 25/30. I have personally gifted these applicants a Q1 House due to the new requirements but for this time only. It's not that hard to increase on this metric!
* Just 7 of the applicants manage to pass the sample (+ 3 Non-Residents that always need to provide proof in a screenshot in an application). Red is bad, and there is a lot of it. The hard goal of this Program is to ensure that a Q1 (+Q2 if applicable) is on at all times, because only in this manner is the investment profitable for you and the eNetherlands. Not doing this, puts your future applications at risk of refusal.
* Some people miss well-earned money and capability by applying for a Quality 1 House, instead of a Quality 2 House. Four people make the 25/30 ''Online Days'' threshold, but only apply for a Quality 1 House. Missed opportunity!

You're on track with the suggestive comments 😛. No, only Dutch citizens can apply. It's irrelevant whether or not that residency is on Dutch territory or not. Same results and benefits.

Also didn't apply for the Q2 house last month because I will not have it active 24/7 (makes no sense when having no residence). the Q1 house is active all the time but II'm losing money on it as I'm helping Mafceez produce his products (working at a low salary).

What would MoF advice? should I continue to help Mafceez and make a loss on both Q1 and Q2 house? or just on Q1 house? or get a new job hehehe With a high salary I could probably have Q1 and Q2 active all the time.

The note is a screenshot as proof considering you have no residence (hence it can't be checked whether or not what houses you have on at what time). I'm not MoF anymore but I'd say Q1 is still doable, but for the self-sufficient Q1+Q2 combo you need market-priced salary (unless you are okay with a loss ofc).

I'm already making a loss on Q1 at the moment hehe Salary = 500 cc lol 🙂
