[MoF] Everyone a House! - April

Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,

just as last month, we continue to support the reworked housing program called Everyone a House! The eNetherlands will offer every eligible citizen an opportunity to receive either a free Quality 1 House or Quality 2 House once a month!

The importance of houses is very well described in last month's article. Long story short - houses will allow you to use your energy more efficiently - they increase both your maximum energy and energy recovery. And by activating them and using Overtime Points, you can work at your job more times a days, therefore collecting more salary. So having houses is generally worth it and you should use them at all time!



So, how to receive your subsidy? First, you need to follow the necessary requirements:

1. You have been a eDutch citizen for at least 2 months and have reached Level 20
2. You can choose either the Quality 1 House or the Quality 2 House
3. You have been online for the last 20/30 days (Q1) or 25/30 days (Q2)
4. You have been using at least Q1 / Q2 Housing on your own - which will be checked by random sample depending on your previous applications

Note: My predecessor has already collected database of several citizens, who were found out to not use the houses on their own after receiving subsidy. Remember, we want subsidized players to use houses all the time, and not only once per month. If you are found out not using houses in more samples, it puts your future applications at risk of refusal. Samples data are publicly accessible in Finance Sheet.



And how do you apply? Simply - by commenting the article below. You also need to buy EITHER a Q1 or Q2 House and activate it, before you apply. Your application will be processed, and the necessary requirements will be checked to confirm you fulfill them. If you have a residency, we will check whether or not you activated your house; in case of not having a residency you will need to provide adequate proof (e.g. a screenshot) to Minister of Finance.



* The handing out of Grants will be noted down in the 'Finance Sheet' to ensure transparency and avoid double applications.
* Gifted amount of money is based on the (if reasonable) price of a House on the Dutch market, otherwise on the worldwide market.
* The article will be regularly shouted on National Feed during the term, so citizens can apply at a later date as well.
