[MoE] eIrish food project - Onion Rings

Hello eIreland,
I'm glad to report that my first installment of the Food Project was a success. Food was delivered to 28 needy eIrish Citizens, in the form of Cheese and Onion Taytos. The success of this initiative was down to a number of factors in my opinion:
Firstly, the generous donators who made this all possible:
mirek12345, Loouman,Crosseye, Bhane, morten628 and Sword Stalker.
On Behalf of the eIrish who are no longer hungry, I say "Thank You" to each and every one of the donators.
The second key to the success of this project was the targeted communications to the younger citizens of eIreland. I sent countless Private Messages (well over 100 since I was appointed MoE) to younger citizens pointing them towards this initiative. I'm certain they would never have known about this initiative without being contacted directly.
Thirdly, I noticed that eIrish citizens helped to promote this project through shouts and votes and general support which helped me to reach a wider audience. Thanks eIreland!
I'm a firm believer in Continuous Imporvement and with that in mind I am looking to make a minor tweak to this initiative. After some consultation with a few great eIrish Citizens I have decided to limit who gets free food. So here are the limitations:
1) You must be eIrish
2) If you are Division 1, you will receive 3,000 Energy
3) If you are Division 2, you will receive 1,500 Energy
4) Division 3 and 4 citizens are exempt from receiving food.
These limitations will help to ensure that the needy are getting the food that they need. Needless to say, I didnt need to use the word "need" so much!
As always, I'm open to suggestions and ideas. So if you think I could improve on this initiative, please feel free to contact me.

Also, if you're interested in helping out by donating some food, please contact me by PM, since I have limited storage, so I can know beforehand if the amount you want to donate will be possible to transfer.

but isn't the idea that everyone in need should get food? some people can't afford to buy food and because of that they don't fight which doesn't help eIreland
just because they have passed level 50 doesn't mean that they are self sufficient
that could just mean that they have been playing for a long time
?where do you see a level 50 cap. yes tayto that would be a bit daft since most players try to level as slow as possible level numbers is irrelevant I even think bootcamp needs a proper revamp based on starting age not level.

morten, I agree with you to a degree. However new players have a significant disadvantage over Div 2 players. Most of them dont know anyone in the game, they are not part of a commune, they dont know how the game works, they are more likely to leave.
oh i see now yes so we older players can just ignore your articles and need not donate or expect anything. that is good i will make a mental note .
tbh i am always of the opinion that a person will ask only if there is a need for him for food and a more equal distribution wont exactly hurt the young ones they can still carry on. tayto look at the day they stared there is players who have 6 yo accounts but is at level 10.
I wouldn't pay too much note to 6 year old accounts. I signed up years ago, but quit fairly quick. I got an email a few weeks ago and thought I'd drop in. Haven't a clue what I'm at but I've battling since.

Well I am level 52 and have received my foodies when required. I do not need so much, just a little bit extra so my ribs dont show. hehehe!
but we are great fans of your ribs, especially with the lovely bathing suit season upon us 😃
At level 50 you should be able to provide for your own needs, Its a case of priorities and food comes before weapons (which most get free in the IA or other MU's)
