[MoE] eIrish food project - Business as Usual

Hello Dear Citizens,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank mirek12345 for showing faith in me and appointing me to take the reigns here at the Department of Education. I will endeavour to continue the hard work of the previous minister (also mirek12345).

mirek12345 has asked me to continue the food project and he said "..the project so far hasn't really been what you'd call a great success". It is with this in mind that I am looking to take a multi-dimenstional approach to the Food Project.

Firstly, instead of food I will be distributing Cheese and Onion Taytos 😛

Secondly, I will continue to post articles announcing each new phase of the Food Project, provide updates on Donations and provide a place for citizens to post an order for food!

Thirdly, I will reach out to our younger citizens and ask them if they need help or food. I will do this through Private Messages. I think this approach will help me to reach those of the community who do not buy the daily papers or are less active. Making this personal connection with new players may well be the difference between them staying or leaving.

Finally, I will provide a detailed Stock Control report to our President every couple of days outlining stock levels and detailed donation information (donations in and donations out). I'm a firm believer of transparency in government agencies, so if there are ever any questions about my integrity you can be assured that I have provided information to our President on a regular basis.

I'm also open to suggestions and ideas. So if you think I could improve on this, please feel free to contact me.

So without further adieu, who is hungry? mirek12345 has provided me with 32k of energy from Donations that he received on previous Food Rounds. Thanks also to Loouman who made a donation to me last night for this worthy initiative.

Let me know whenever you are running low on supplies, and I'll send some more food. I would send some to you now, but you said you have 32k, and I don't want to clutter up your inventory.
