This department is responsible for providing mentorship to new players, helping new citizens (new-born and immigrants) to become an active part of the eSA community, and growing the eSA community by encouraging immigration to eSA and working on ways to get more new players for eSA.

The Mentorship Program offers citizens the chance to learn 1-on-1 from one of our experienced mentors. Your mentor will guide you through your first few days or weeks and make sure you come out alive whilst having mastered the basics of the game. It's an opportunity to learn from the best and also get to know other citizens within our community.

You can apply for a mentor by visiting the Department of Community Development on the official eSouth African community forum.
