[EN] Situation in Cuba

I would like to write something about current situation in Cuba. We are slowly building our Nation, and for now, everything is going well. Forum is active, IRC channels are full of people and most important thing: everyone are willing to help. So let's start!




Congress elections

Our first Congress elections are behind us. Except some minor incidents, everything has gone well this month. For start, let's see votes situation before day change:

We can see that admin has remove one vote for Partido del Pueblo Cubano and three votes for Partido De Cuba.

Situation in Congress looks like this:


Greatest winner is Partido del Pueblo Cubano with 12 congress members, Partido De Cuba and Partido de la Liberacion have 6 members, Cuban Social Party have 5 and eUS Military Party have one congressman.




Financial situation



We are new country and financial situation isn't good for now, even though Plato has awarded us with 30 000cc. With all core regions, we have around 2300cc per day from taxes. That means, if we keep with this tempo, at the end of the month we will have around 70 000cc from taxes, enough for few MPPs and supplies in case of war.

How can we help Cuba?

There are few ways:

There is already initiative among congressmans to donate 5 gold from medal to national treasury.

Donating money to treasury can also help. For start we can unite ourselves and set our common goal. That goal can be for example gathering resources for Air Strike.

Buying and selling products on Cuban market will help to increase money gathered trough taxes.




Activate yourself!

All countries need active and organized players in order to make strong and great nation and Cuba isn't exception. For now, Cuba have one of lowest population in eWorld, so every player is important, in economic, politics, military and diplomatic way.

First step is to register yourself on Cuban national Forum. Although, forum is only in Spanish, there are many topics on English. You can enter in discussions, make new topics, suggest new ideas to improve country and socialize with another eCubans.

You can also apply for ambassador in some country. It can be your own RL country or some other country that you like.

You can try to help in politics and join some of Cuban political parties in order to make better Cuba for all citizens.

Citizenship passes

Every Congress member this month have one citizenship pass. There are 30 congress members, so this month, 30 new players will come in Cuba.

So now, countries with biggest population in Cuba are:






Military



The President of Israel has proposed an Airstrike on Cuba and now it needs their Congress approval.

Well, this is interesting. Although this law didn't pass, it shows us that we are vulnerable.
This action show us that we must choose our first MPP very soon. As country with few players we are very vulnerable, and it's only matter of time when will some country invade us.

Among Cubans, most popular countries to sign first MPP with is: Chile and Argentina.

There are few scenarios, depending which MPP we will sign.

Chile: We become friends with Aurora/Sirius. Our borders are safe from USA, Mexico and Venezuela (and from Spain when they liberate their regions). We would have border with Argentina, and they would be only actual threat on our border. In case when Portugal liberate his regions, we would gain another one possible threat.
In that case, Cuba will become first line of defense from possible attacks on USA and Mexico territory. We would be in safe surrounding but with less possibilities to expand. Only "enemy" on our borders will be Portugal.

Argentina: we would gain powerful ally and conquering Cuba's territory will mean to get border with them. On other hand, we have resources that Mexico, Venezuela and USA needs, so we could expect some wars in core regions. Region will become unstable but we could try to expend our territories and gain better bonuses.

For now, our priority should be entering in TETAS pact. It will grant us stability and safe cores. In case of invasion, we would have Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Bolivia and Venezuela on our side.
