[CP] Presidential update

I haven’t made a presidential address in the last week as I have been scurrying around busy. So here are a few things that we have seen happening. Here’s an update.



Alliances

So in the beginning of my term I indicated that I wanted to get eSA into one of the alliances, preferably Sirius. So we took a vote in congress and it was an all out yes. Making eSA pro-Sirius from the start of my term I (and most of my cabinet) have then been actively talking to the powers that be and have been trying to gain access to the alliance.

So tell us already are we in? Yes and No. No we are not formally joined to the alliance as they have said that they are currently keeping it just the six founding nations for the time being as they are trying to work out any kinks in their relationships. But they have invited us into an inner circle of pro Sirius nations to start discussions and assist in battles that will eventually see us as a nation join the alliance. All eSA MU’s have been in discussion with myself and MoD.

So what to do until we are formally accepted into the alliance. Well prove that we are an assest and are able to help on the battle field and be true to our allies. So follow DO set by the MU’s and lets get fighting.

You will also see that we have two MPP’s currently – with Poland and Spain, we will try and get Brazil to request again, also we will be signing extra MPP’s shortly.

Elections



Well done to Mark and his team for actively sorting out the PP elections which saw the return of all eSA political parties, leaving the Lazocrats with one party. At the start of the PP elections I had indicated to my team that we are to leave the Lazocrats party alone and just have our parties returned, only to have the Lazocrats attack all parties again, which in turn made us swiftly react by changing the attack on us into an all out attack on them.

We have taken a stance of attack rather than defense when it comes to all elections from now on. So while our MoS has issued orders I would ask all the citizens of eSA to support the two political parties selected by the MoS as safe parties. Today we ask that you vote for UP and IA, as the safety of our nation depends on this. Liberty Legion is also a certified party so please go out and vote for eSA safety.



Programs

We have seen the MoDA – STR program started and see the aid to younger citizens started again. Also due to the high taxes imposed on us by the Lazocracy has seen government filtering funds back to citizens. We are trying to change the laws back but are being blocked by the Lazocracy. So if you want to receive some funds back please contact the MoF he will explain to you how to do it. Also we have a talent show on the go so please see this post to get involved.

Lastly want to chat about the recent announcement of the Dignity Brigade.

Bear in mind this is my personal opinion and does not reflect my cabinet or government. Wait let me not put this here rather in my personal paper. Cross this out and look out for my view in my own newspaper.



So there is a lot going on and we have still a long way to go before we get close to achieving our goals. Stay strong and fight the good fight for eSA and her allies.
