Swiss Dep. of Education
FOR ENGLISH SCROLL DOWN
Deutschschweiz, 7. Oktober, 2010
Statement of financial transactions..

Yes, you see right. I write in english resp. I try, my english skill is not the best. But maybe a little better as the google translation. I'm elected as the new Head of the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) and want introduce in this article, what we do. Especially young Swiss maybe never heared about this department.
Introduction
The most think maybe, as Chief of the Swiss Finance you can play with tons of money and that's awesome. But that's just a little part of my workload. In trueness the biggest part is bureaucracy like e.g. protocols of all financial transactions. So that the Swiss people can transparently review what the Federal Council and the National Council did with your tax money. This is my third term as Head of the FDF and like in the history, is transparency for me one of the most important things. Therefore we log like in the history all financial transaction in the official eSwitzerland forum: Bank. Statement of financial transactions..
Also is monetary market, especially liquidity and stabilization of the CHFs one of our main duties. Because lack of money or volatile CHF rates are not good for the import and export business. Therefore we're responsibility that we coordinate the market makers and hold the CHF on a stable rate like e.g. 0.02 CHF/Gold.
Beside the transaction porotocols and the CHF management, we're also responsible to advice money print and fulfill of National Council decisions. Also we work thight with the Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs (FDEA) together, but we're just indirect concerned with the economy affairs.
I hope you understand now a little more about our function. You can always ask us if you have questions about financial issues: Contact Form.
Our Goals
Here a list of our primary goals for this term:
* The stabilization of the CHF on 0.02 CHF/Gold of the CHF/Gold side. We track just a light regulation of the CHF because our goal is the gain of market makers. Therefore we let a spread range between CHF/Gold and Gold/CHF light open therewith market makers have a stimulus and provide the CHF with their liquidity. Just in case of moneyless or high volatility we intervene with your tax money.
* We operate also as market maker in another countries and practice Spread Trading. So we increase the own funds and provide another currencies with liquidity. Naturaly this business field has risks, but this risks we compensate with diversify investments.
* In the current situation we don't see a requirement of print money. With ca. 100.000 CHF we should have enough CHFs to provide the liquidity in case of moneyless. What we can need is more Gold, but I'm confident that our above 100 Gold satisfy.
Beside the primary goals we have also secondary tasks like e.g. the mentioned protocols of all financial transactions. We're confided that we can fulfill the most of our targets. Especially the stabilization of the CHF will be a challenge, because we have registrate in the past that our CHF jumped from 0.019 CHF/Gold up to 0.026 CHF/Gold. The backgrounds of this rapid price jump are currently obscure, but we will you inform if we know more.

Comments
Do you think you can at least make .03 CHF/Gold a goal?
No, we don't try a CHF rate of 0.03 CHF/Gold because the rate of 0.02 CHF/Gold is the default rate since Switzerland exists. Important is a stable currency rate and not a high or low rate. The rate self does not matter, but if the rate always jumps then our import and export business suffers. The CHF rate of 0.02 CHF/Gold is a psychological rate and the most companies plans their business with this rate.

But I have a comment about something else: Mr. SCB, where did the 1000 gold the Russia gave you go ?
Have you never realized? We printed a lot of money at this time (in order of the Swiss National Council). And you're wrong, this Gold was donated from the Russian Department of Defense but this donation was only an advance in order of Phoenix. You should read my interview and you were already informed that Phoenix has payed and not Russia Military or someone else ;>

By the way, if you give me the key of the SNB back F4uc0n? You had one year enough this bank taken away with Eleriel, it's time that the Swiss people get this treasury back. Many National Councillors have donated in the past months Gold in this bank, but the government can't use it.
the lunatics are running the asylum.
the children run loose in the candy store.
and, as long as you're the government, that SNB should not be entrusted to you.
"the lunatics are running the asylum.
the children run loose in the candy store.
and, as long as you're the government, that SNB should not be entrusted to you." x1000
In your interview, you didn't answer my question: where did these 1000 gold go ?
You printed some money OK. You have at max 455.0267 gold wich became CHF. We can also add 105.36 gold of the bank accounts.
=> Total: 560.3867 gold
439.6133 gold are missing. Where did they go ?
And as a loan, this had to be paid back but you never did such a thing.
Finally, we could speak about banks if you want but you'll also have to answer my questions.
Here are my answers:
I won't give you this bank because if people give you money, it disappears (see the 439 gold above).
It doesn't get many gold from congressmen as you seems to say. Only PanosTheAthenian gave about 6 gold but no other people.
And now my questions:
1) You're also talking about the "swiss people", does this mean you, Walther and his german friends ?
2) What would you do with this money ?
3) And finally, why should I give you the SNB if you didn't give the SCB to Jimakos, Paul and the others ?
Don't be shy and answer them. I'd be glad to find a solution (for the banks but also for the ministries) but I'm not sure we could say the same about you (except maybe for getting about 1500 gold).
good job Clifford
@F4uc0n: I have not written past month, but past monthS (with "S"). In the past months many National Councillors have donated, also I have donated constantly my National Council money. All this money from the whole National Council we never more seen because you and Eleriel taken away from the Swiss people.
How you comes of 439 Gold? We have donated in order of the National Council many sum. E.g. 20 Gold to SAF, 30 Gold to skill 0-2 companies, 40 Gold for RW in Romandie, 75 Gold to Swiss Federal Chancellery for buy raw materials to build third hospital, 60 Gold for salary in the hospital company, 10 Gold for import license, 100 Gold for skill 0-2 companies, 76 Gold for training war in foreign countries (Vastis was hin this term Head of DDPS) ... etc. look in the decisions of the National Council: http://eswitzerland.freeforums.org/elections-f15.html
And naturally we have invested many Gold for stabilization of the CHF. If you want know, where all the money is flowed, you should consult the transaction page: http://eswitzerland.freeforums.org/bank-statement-of-financial-transactions-t34.html
If you were more active, then you were already involved in all this cases ;>
If the "past months" means about a year ago, you're right, the bank got many gold from congressmen. But since the Shaolins came, we didn't get much.
And about your explaination, that's true, I forgott these donations. But all these organizations don't have any gold. Not even a single 0.1. That's too strange for me.
Where did all this money go ? We never bought an hospital from Arschmann after the swap with Hungary, I didn't saw job offers from the state compagnies, we never had an army who fought nor trainging wars where we could fight and the RW should have been paid by Hungary (you said it yourself).
All the gold was maybe sent in these organizations but then disappeard.
Now answer my questions please. I answer yours do the same for mines.
1) Why didn't you paid back for the 1000 gold loan you got from Phoenix (or Russia as you prefer) ?
2) What would you do with the money of the SNB if it was in your bank ?
3) And finally, why should I give you the SNB if you didn't give the SCB to Jimakos, Paul and the others ?
Burne, why have you only 30 vote in yours article now? were are the 300 other voters? LOL
For the 1000 gold, there was paid in your bank, with your mafia governement, so you have now to reimburse with your mafia bank. That's it.
@Tittenlate: Because that's not my newspaper dude?
ANSWER MY QUESTIONS
I play by the rule, do the same.
I always answer your questions but you never answers mines ? Are you affraid of them ? Do you have something to hide ? Or do you simply don't want to discuss ?
First about the TW, you never paid for any TW. Where is the vote about that on your forum ? It doesn't exist (or it's hidden...)
Second about the RWs, you said here ( http://www.erepublik.com/de/article/swapping-and-the-economy-swapping-und-die-wirtschaft-1419505/1/20 ): "The RW shall on Thursday begin and will be free." And now you tell us it wasn't free ? So you lied.
Third, I never said no hospital was built, I said no hospital was bought. Now that the hospital industry will disappear will you get all the gold spent on this hospital back ?
In fact, you didn't answer anything. Everything you say is lies. Try to give me good reasons for once but you obviously don't have any. And explain me why the other organization that also got gold from you don't have anything left.
And anwer my questions.
As you're always dodging every problem, I won't say anything more unless you answer to these 3 simple questions:
1) Why didn't you paid back for the 1000 gold loan you got from Phoenix (or Russia as you prefer) ?
2) What would you do with the money of the SNB if it was in your bank ?
3) And finally, why should I give you the SNB if you didn't give the SCB to Jimakos, Paul and the others ?
Clifford ? Are you here ? Answer my questions. I'm certain I'm not the only one waiting.
