It's a New Dawn, it's a New Day

This past month has been a tad busy over in UK HQ, with a few bumps and bashes along the way, it's been eventful and interesting. Jamesw has done a pretty good job. UK'ers are beginning to expect a lot from their CP's and I know well that the stress can often be a bit of a downer.

As the 5th approaches, the President begins to pack up their stuff, to move out of eNumber 10.

Subsequently, a new (or old) guy moves in. Following the recent Congress elections, people will soon be looking to see which parties are running which candidates so they can start thinking about who they may vote for.

Manifestoes are published, and sometimes they are even read. Rivals conduct huge PMing campaigns and on the 5th people sit around nervously watching the number of votes rise, hoping that their favoured candidate can get elected.

For the past several months I have been the Deputy Secretary General of Phoenix, and our own Minister of Foreign Affairs. I've been watching the eUK progress since I was last President, and have always been on hand to offer advice to anyone, whether they be a congressmen with a draft manifesto or a President with a deicision to make. All in all, I love being a part of the UK. I love helping new players and I love participating in government.



So, this month I am proud to announce that I shall Once again be running for Prime Minister.

Whats more is, going by the comments of a few members from a range parties I may be fortunate to get backing from many of the top 5 parties. It gives me the heeby jeebies to think of what it would be like for the top 5 parties to unite behind one candidate.

Either way, several conferences are under way and I myself am drafting policies. I shall soon be in correspondance with Party Presidents to discuss CP backing and I shall be looking for cabinet applications in the near future.
