Candor has a similar take to what I was going to say. It's a game. The roleplay is uninteresting to me, as are the mechanics.

You know that shrinking/enlarging exclamation point over mission images on the left sidebar? Does that annoy anyone else? Well there's an easy way to get rid of it. No I'm not telling you to do all the missions so it leaves you alone.
