After deliberating, a majority of the court (3-0, one pending) found the accused guilty of contempt and imposed sentence as follows:

Rolo Sentence in.

sorry for three articles in a day. Won't happen again. The Court has delivered sentence in the Rolo matter which must be published here as the offender has no forum access. He does have councel but we are hesitant to rely on communications
