The battle for article supremacy has begun. We are proud to host the Canadian Shameless Plug Award for ‘mini’ Media Mogul – aka “Operation Can.’o’SPAMM.” On March 8, a media war will be waged in the news columns of eCanada - 1 article with the highest votes will take home a pot of more than 7 GOLD.
After 6 am PST on March 8, you may publish 1 official SPAMM article in eCanada (others do not count). The SPAMM article must contain:
1) SPAMM headline image
2) The following words anywhere in the title: SPAMM Contender
3) The message anywhere in the body of the article: “This is an official article competing in the SPAMM tournament.”
4) A link back to the SPAMM contest homepage, posted anywhere: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/win-7-gold-for-1-article-become-a-mini-media-mogul-qualify-here--747983/1/20
The article with the highest number of votes by Wednesday, March 11 will be declared the "mini" Media Mogul winner and collect the prize. A second award will be given out to the player who gathered the most subscriptions (starting numbers are recorded below).

I decline challenge. Yes, I am a wuss. No, actually, the tournament needs an unbiased moderator (Go Kelly Mahoney! Woohoo!) and my wife would kill me if I write another article this week. Wait, that kind of does make me look like a wuss.
Also, if you feel confident that you can win. Throw a few CAD or GOLD in and challenge some others to do so. A betting man/woman puts his money where his/words are. Don't you want to win more $$$?!
