Who or What are Pfeifferists?
The word 'Peifferist' is simply the new name for 'elitist' in eRepublik
There is a misconception that Pfeifferists are all friends with Henry Arundel (aka James S. Pfeiffer), or work to further the goals of some kind of illuminati. When in reality one could hate Henry Arundel and still be correctly labeled as a Peifferist.

Historically individuals were labeled as an elitist for their sense of entitlement to control government and run it as they saw fit, parallel with its real world application. This eventually expanded to include a social clique of players that were perceived as corrupt, powerful, and untouchable. Through the history of eRepublik there have been different variations and definitions of who an elitist was. More recently it covers the USWP leadership, elements within the AMP, PoTUS & Cabinet members, certain revolving door members of Congress and various individuals with cult like personality disorders.
Henry Arundel became the poster boy of elitism and the root reason why so many citizens are fed up with ingame politics due to his immature behavior in the eUS forums. More importantly however the refusal of moderation by the forum admins against Henry because of his standing among them, and the refusal by government officials to replace or do anything about his enablers. This further reinforced the standing belief that the status quo leadership of the country is corrupt because these issues can be parallel'd elsewhere.
The term Peifferist was developed to identify those who behaved like Henry Arundel and to target their supporting clique of players that enable them. We want accountability, a leveled playing field, and a sense of fairness that all players are entitled too. Not a different set of rules for depending on who you're friends with.

Emperor Rick has hit the nail on the head, this Nation has been and continues to be run by a clique of citizens who feel this game belongs to them; this same clique of citizens has driven away countless new citizens by trolling into oblivion any who disagree with them. Considering you're calling me corrupt, I'd like to ask how you made that assessment? What actions have I performed that made me untouchable, powerful or corrupt?
I'm just a guy who reports. I answer every PM I've been sent. I answer every question in the WHPR. This month, I took 7 green players and trained them to write in the WHPR and run eNPR.
I've seen the people of this month's cabinet work harder than any I've seen in the past. I've seen the CoS check in on every department every single day. I've seen Molly Emma spend hours sending out tanks without getting anything in return. I've spent hours writing WHPRs for the people. Ralphy has dealt with all of the trouble of being SecDef with a smile and a friendly demeanor. Above all, the group of people in this cabinet have put in hours for people like you, and all we get are insults?
There is to much hate in this game.
Then it's just like RL then.
When you ally yourself with the "toxic", you will get exposure to the radiation.
Your hard work will become overshadowed by the impression your leadership is giving.
You are judged by whom you associate with....

You did not seem much concerned with facts or actions when you decided to trash Boot Camp in your press release yesterday. So I'm surprised to see you expecting any different from others playing the game. I assume that's just how the media works in this game.

There are elites out there who dont use their status or power to distort, lie or steal. They are truly the Elites and deserve respect.
The bottom of the barrel Pfiefferists are just that, bottom of the barrel washouts or brown nosers who must make use of bot nets or exploits or friendships with staff members. They are worthless to the nation other than trolling on a dying forums.

I sure would like a list. It shouldn't be too hard to make a list of all the players that act like ass-hats and keep track of the crappy things they are doing.

The only ones who build blacklists are the pfeifferists in government. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out unless your blind or part of the problem.

Pfeiffereists do hold a disproportionate share of power. They also do a ton more work than the average player.
My vote is undecided atm, but blasé venom such as this isn't the way to gain it.

Please, don't put everyone in the same bag. There is a lot of people in the AMP who worked really hard to get where we are right now and they did such in an honest way.

Obenitedang - there are plenty of players that put in as much 'work' as Pfeifferists do, the problem is that they're excluded from positions because they don't fall in the same social clique. I'm sorry this concept is too difficult for you to understand.
Chucky - The AMP was founded by some really great folks, the problem is you have rotten eggs in the batch and their numbers are growing.within that party. The AMP isn't taking an active role in suppressing the enablers like they use to.
There's something fundamentally wrong with the AMP and their PoTUS endorsements coincide with the USWP time and time again.

We'd love nothing more than to vote AMP Candidates. At the end of the day, the PARTY (See: Members) voted to endorse Evry because THEY felt she was the better option. And funny thing is, I see people in the AMP who complain about the same thing you are, but they don't stand up to try and make it right, they just sit there and moan about it.

@ChuckyNorris: Three terms is not anywhere close to being a "revolving door" Congressmember. Look at the current members of Congress and see how many have served for more than ten terms. That would be a better example. These are the players who would rather maintain power than allowing newer players the opportunity to hold such positions.
@Kemal Actually the non-elitist people put in as much if not more work, they just dont get the credit. I suspect you should look at your political allies, maybe request access to their party forums so you can see what they truly think of you and your friends. Give you a big hint there, its not good and would have caused your party to run against and vote against them instead of cutting deals for set numbers of seats.

@John Killah: I've gone back and looked over the elections. Theres the standard members who are active or who at least speak from time to time, then there are people who only seem to be there to vote. I'd suggest that the AMP looks over its books and looks at whos potentially there just to vote USWP as ordered or created. Something I woulda asked Israel to do had he not been so far in the pocket of Pfieffer.

Actually, I can relate to what CA has to say. Nothing sucks more than just doing yer jerb, not expecting anything special and then assholes claiming that you do nothing and are trying to run everything. I've had that done to me in RL.
What's being said is that CA is guilty by association. That's sad. It's the old, let's throw the baby out with the bath water. The catch is, as long as people like CA fall in step with those he see's as "leaders" he will continue to be them
If he is better than them, so be it. However the last 3 presidents have promised big things and less of the same ol same ol only to fall way way way short in that department, even orchestrating a re-opening of the JCS/Congressional wound that could have been healed if any of the past presidents actually stuck to the crap they feed the JCS just to get votes.
