For the first time since Belgium merged with the United Kingdom in April 2008, Irish citizens will be able to fight from home.

It is imperative that you follow these instructions. I know some of you may have heard them before, but they are very important.

1. Move to Dublin or Cork

These regions have the hospitals that you will need to regain your wellness.



2. Stop fighting when you reach 50-60 wellness

When you are between 50 and 60 welness, go to either the Dublin or Cork page or (depending on where you live) and click the heal button. You will only be able to heal after you have fought at least once. If anyone fights down to 30 wellness I am personally going to slap you.



3. If you are lower than 50 wellness already, fight only once

Fight once, then use the hospital. The next day you will have the high wellness you need to fight.



4. Follow this routine every day:

Train > Fight down to 50-60 wellness > Use hospital > Work



5. Read this article every hour until you have memorized it
